Line is available now, TNT is still the favorites and it hasn't change despite SMB won the last game, for the SMB believers here, it's time to bet on SMB monelyline with 2.41 or if you are not quite sure, just take the +4.5 at 1.84 (just increase with price boost)...SMB -3.5 at 3 is also good.

Good luck for tonight's game, this game I'm gonna go against the SMB and will take -4.5.
Seems to be a good tip for tonight game, each time TNT win the game they  always above 10+ points edge so that handicap can be a trapped in case that TNT will proceed and continue chasing the win, but in case fate brings different outcome and SMB make another adjustment to go inside Jones head then chance for them to snatch this game 5 is possible, it's Jones that they need to workout if they manage to lock him up or to control his game plus their locals will contribute well then maybe they can change the tempo of this series.

The problem is for the last 4 games, they were not able to find any solution to stop Jones, he still made a good performance in overall.
I'm not expecting them to limit Jones, I'm expecting the SMB to improve their outside shooting so they can compete with the TNT's hot shooting outside.

Lassiter is a deadly player of SMB. He is a key player in fact. But look how Pessumal and Romeo play on court. They can fill up the position for Marcio. Honestly, TNT will hardly defeat the SMB if Lassiter is here. Because I think all three point shot came from RR or Rosario can be neglected if Lassiter will be their defender. Since we all know that he is really tough in defense. But right now, the play of SMB still good even Lassiter is injured and not in the court.

And vice versa. SMB with complete lineup will hardly defeat TNT too.

Remember that this conference is not an All Filipino Conference. Import factor is a must.

Without Lassiter, SMB's performance remain the same.
I don't think so. They are not as cohesive and I think the SMB head coach has been experimenting a lot in the first four games of this series. With Lassiter in the line up, SMB may be 3-1 up by now.

So you believed Lassiter is the game-changer? lol. You are really a die-hard SMB fan or maybe you believed on that because you have funds that currently at stake in the SMB side. Cheesy He is the counterpart of Chris Ross and no way Austria will always put these 2 on the floor at the same time. His disappearance honestly makes Austria thinks of a better lineup since he will not destroy the starters. SMB is not always an unstoppable team like others look at this team for the past conferences.

TNT is just playing good. Let's admit that even what's our favorites. Even an SMB fan look at that way.

Talking about Lassiter, he really does make a big impact on the plays for SMB. Not that TNT is nothing if Lassiter played the series but it's more likely their chance of winning the championship will narrow down.

Agree to that. I'm not against it. Lassiter is good and PBA fans know how great his offense is. He is part of the solid lineup of SMB since then. No question about that.

I just disagree with the idea of "possible outcome" of 3-1 lead for SMB if Lassiter is there. Still, I believed it will be to 2-2 even with Lassiter was there and if SMB won the champs it will be 4-3. TNT can match the SMB even Lassiter is there. Plays and rotation of TNT will be different too.

Still a close match in the end and we can't say early who's the one will prevail.
That's what i also observe in this series, it's close and yet unpredictable on who will win the next game. After four games we have the pattern that neither team can win two in a row so i think game 5 belong to the TNT Katropa. The disadvantage of the Katropa in this series is that they have a very short rotation as coach Ravena is fielding only 7 of his players and fatigue would be a factor as always on end game.

Not exactly a game-changer but an important piece for SMB. If you take out an important piece in any team, that will be a big deal because they'll have to change their style of play significantly.

I did not know that a simple statement of what could have happened triggered you so much which made you draw a lot of conclusions.

On the other hand, even Lassiter is there, do you think TNT will not make any adjustments?

Too much expectation for Lassiter without realizing that TNT is really playing good this Finals. Ohh I'm wrong, since the start of the Conference.

Yes, he is good. No doubt about that. And yes a big loss but not that big. SMB is the most complete team in the PBA that even their bench players are not trash. But even Lassiter is there, it's not an assurance that SMB will now be on 3-1 lead.

It's like saying that TNT is complete trash because they are nothing against SMB if Lassiter is not there. Smiley For sure, even he is there, TNT will found a way to deal with him at any cost.
Funny that you focused on the 3-1 but never saw the word MAY in my original post. That means it is a possible outcome. Since when did may become the equivalent of assurance?

Your possible outcome is difficult to imagine. Cheesy It's like saying that TNT is nothing if Lassiter was there for SMB.

Lots of SMB fans out there but you are the only one I saw who thinks of that possible outcome. Nothing wrong though. I'm here for a healthy debate. Smiley

I loved how Game 4 turned out. Refs didn't spoil the intense action while the clock is ticking down. That's what I want to see so that no questions will have arisen after the game. Salute to both teams for playing hard and gave their fans what's the action on Finals should be.

This is what i do love to see and most basketball fans where they are entertained and satisfied on the outcome without any issues or controversies after.
Why not try to gamble with your neighborhood instead unless if there are other locals here would make the deal? Seems like majority is with TNT.

SMB is playing well on that win in Game 4. TNT's almost snatch the win but remained short. There are few wasted possessions on their part during the last few minutes.

With that SMB's performance, I think it will boost SMB fans confidence here. So anyone now wants to bet against me?

I'm with TNT for BTC0.01 Series. First come First Serve. But I'm thinking to accept up to 3 deals.

BTC0.01 is just a maximum bet, you can lower it or ask for higher bets but I suggest do not as we are just having fun here unless you want pure gambling lol.

Will only accept offers until August 14, 15:00 PH time. Message me or post here.

I would say this game would have been 3-1 if Jones wasn't ejected in game 2.
Somehow that might be the scenario if ever that one didn't happen, the game was really on the side on the Beermen at that time even though McCollough was really tired lucky for Romeo and Cabagnot to extend it to double OT. Well, I guess they don't regret it and the show must go on for them but it seems I am on the side of Beermen right now as they have more players that are more experienced on winning championships.

I agree with this but let's just accept that it already happened and we can't go back in the past, sure SMB also made big mistakes in the series but what's important is that both teams were able to correct their mistakes and adjust accordingly and that resulted to a tied series now.
Both teams are good in adjusting to how the opponents make their adjustment so they can assess if how they can see some good edge and penetrates, this two competing teams are both eager to win the title, the series is tied and chances to see this match up to do or die is very possible.

Anyone can take this,  it's a matter of who's going to be more aggressive and confident will take the title.

Where TNT Katropa really lack? For me, is in the second half of every game.
And San Miguel Beer is really aggressive on the second half.

The offense of TNT Katropa is decreasing every second half of most of their games, and what I noticed on the San Miguel Beer team is they have this tactic where the import of TNT is being guarded and let the import get tired on the first half of the game, like, they let the San Miguel Beer's import guard the TNT Katropa import for their first half of the game. While the local of San Miguel Beer will do the scores.

Game 5 will be the deciding game for me, whoever will win the Game 5 will be my champion, still I am rooting for TNT Katropa will do it, I hope they already figured out where should they improve.

I appreciate that you made an effort to show that graph, but can you explain further on how to read that graph.
What I only understand is what is written in the legend which is red for SMB and blue is for TNT.

Sorry for my ignorance, I hope you'll be able to educate me about that.
Yes please. I am also confused with the graph. From what I observed during the first four games, it is the SMB who starts aggressively and then the TNT comes back strong in the later part of the game.
It is Score Development Statistics where you can found here: https://pba.ph/home, for every recap or live of the games.

It is the statistic that is more on the points, or we can say who dominate on every quarter of the game. Obviously, it is different for every game and it is also will different for every score of the teams.

If you can see in Game 3, which the TNT Katropa is the blue line, SMB dominates in the almost first half but they manage to come back on the second half which that is the best thing, since SMB Katropa are most aggressive on every second half, even on their previous games for different team opponents.
In Game 4, SMB totally manages the almost of the first half and second half, so there they are, they even much aggressive on the second half which again, their best quarters on every game they play.

Thanks for clarifying to us, now I understand that the P1 - P4 is the Q1 - Q4, you should just put a Q than P so it's easy to understand.
Anyway, I don't really look at the graph as I know a game can be influence by the wrong calls of the refs, if they want a certain team to win, they can easily do that with their whistle, that's why if you notice players complain with the call they believe a miss call.

A drastic measure is a need for both teams to heighten up their gameplay, Now that SMB has tied up the match between TNT, June Mar Fajardo, and Chris McCullough has done a great job finalizing the score to 106-101 SMB win, and to hold off TNT's best import Terrence Jones, What can we say against the reigning champions they surely can give an explosive performance when they are surely on the edge, but I still want TNT to win this and be champions because I guess they too deserve a spot to reign, I guess if they can concentrate a little and make a lot of effort in game 5 maybe they can beat up San Miguel Beer Men.

It would be SMB to take game 5. Though not a large margin but they will snatch game 5 and bring the momentum through game 6 where the series will end.
