Today 3 ETH is not so much money, I would probably advise all the same to start investing in projects that are trying to enter the market today, for example, in good ICO projects or in already finished projects.

We see there are good price movements at the moment, be it bitcoin, Ethereum especially the Ripple whose prices have soared. So I think it's good for you to invest in Ethereum and Litecoin because of some news that I read and some information media that there will be an increase in prices for Ethereum and Litecoin as happened to the ripple.
According to me this is not good time for investing lot money on ICOs. In this time best thing that we can do is investing on best coins that has good history and big community. It is smart investment that we can do in current market.
I don't give any advice of investment because I think it's everytime the best to do your own decision based on a detailed research. Remind, it's your money and only you can decide where to invest in and when to sell which coins or like this.I can only speak for myself which ICO ist very interesting now is Scavo.Farm ICO. They are collecting funds to build up a completely new mining farm. I really appreciate this project and think it can be huge and very profitable for a long time.
Crypto market condition is very bad since August Month! Every coin got a huge dump, so this is the best time to invest in crypto coin for the future. I think 3 ETH is a good amount to invest at this moment. You should invest in Low price good coins because these coins can give you more profit than others. The best solution in your situation is not to invest anywhere. I advise just keep this 3 Ethereum tokens and see what will be at the end of this year.

rFirst thing nothing can give you a x3 return because if we know what project was that for sure we will invest all of our resources and even sell our house and lots so we can have our piece of cake also

3 ETH current price is around $700, actually it's just a small amount to invest in cryptocurrency, how about just hold your 3 ETH and wait for price increase? if not hold 1 ETH and 2 ETH invest in 2 different coin (top 50)

For me if I had 3 ethereum as of this situation that the market price was to low I'll rather hold for a few months it is because maybe in the future it can grow 3x as you want.
I think now there is nothing like it that will give you such profits, not even looking just wasting your time. I'd left the money in Etherium and was waiting when the price will increase.

you can look up coinmarkecap and search for ptential tokens that you can easily invest your 3 Ethereum into. There a lot of coins that will do goo in the future yet still has a low price now which i think investing into them would be such a really great idea.
I would have looked at the already completed ICO, which collected hard cap, but because of the bear market could not grow significantly. In 2017, there were enough such projects and they fell into this trap. This had a negative impact on early investors, but it gave a great chance for those who did not consider the diamond in time in these projects.

it is better to hold your 3 ethereum than use for investing in the ico because you cannot make 3x return for your investment. maybe you can make a lot of profit in a year ago but now, I don't think so because the ico now is having a difficult time to increase because the ethereum price itself is not at the highest price. so it is worth if you save your eth or you can use it to buy altcoin because I see that ethereum pair altcoin is good for now and perhaps, you can make a good profit.
If I have 3eth I will invest it in altcoins, Nowadays many altcoins has a cheaper price than past month and this is the right time to buy like XRP,EOS,ADA and IOTA.
i suggest you to hold your eth , dont invest it to other altcoin or ICO's project hold your eth till it come back to ATH again.
