42 coin SPEC
Scrypt
42 coins Max

365Coin SPEC
Blocks Per Day: 1440
Total Mintage: 133225

Currently 42coin is worth to cryptsy 80 BTC, the biggest price was 121BTC
42 coin is actually 42, and 356 coin is really 133225.

Start thinking realistically

You should indeed start to think realistically:

365 coins minted per year, 1 per day, for 365 years

but, 42, it is the answer...

Yeah, good point.

I would trade at 100 BTC per 365 minimum. Have no idea what for people trade it for 5 BTC. That's pure madness.

thats called panic...
and it is usual when new coin starts directly on market Wink

Are u serious ? 42 coin is a stupid idea ! it's supposed to not be serious ! come on who can think that 42 coins are the future ? i've never been so serious... 42 is a really shit... 133k coins are much better ! we can start speaking about the will to be serious
i reapeat... 100 bitcoin are the minimum to make this coin profitable.. less is a scam for miners and as result this coin will die soon

I wont deal with PMtocoins again. I had problems with them before and ended up shorted in the end.

I will hold my coin until a better exchange comes along, and if one doesn't, well, I guess I wasted a day or two mining.

Withdrawals are processed manually...

Thanks, we have added a node about this to the first post. We also added details about another exchange that has chosen to list us, but similar warnings apply as this is another new exchange. Note that both of these exchanges added 365Coin of their own free will.

Use all exchanges at your own risk. Even established ones can have problems, just ask Mt. Gox users. It's always best practice to tread carefully, don't risk large sums at new exchanges, and don't leave funds in exchanges for any length of time.

Thanks to Siggi84 for creating the first blockchain explorer.. official one coming soon.

Btw about the exchange you posted on the front page, you really should remove it. I tested with a few BTC, just for the sake of benchmarking it. Guess what? "MANUAL WITHDRAWAL!" 6 hours now...and still nothing, that mean the guy do it manually!, so if he is not around, sleep, die, or whatever, you'll never get your coins back... . So as said earlier avoid it like plague!

Some changes on DwarfPool

1. It's possible to separate your workers without changing the wallet-id now. This allows to get personal vardiff, if you have many rigs located behind stratum-proxy.

To specify the workers just enough to add in username (which is as wallet-id now), a number after point: YOUR_WALLET . NUMBER

Example:
Code:
 HA5FPuWibнvoqiMPeUVptyGAwqg7y7uV5C.1
 HA5FPuWibнvoqiMPeUVptyGAwqg7y7uV5C.2
 HA5FPuWibнvoqiMPeUVptyGAwqg7y7uV5C.3

The main way without number works as before.

2. Implemented a monitoring of your workers. In case of disconnection from all servers you get an email within 5 minutes.

To enable monitoring just run miner with an email instead of your password. To disable it enough to restart the miner without email as password.

Monitoring works for each worker and IP separately. With WORKER_ID you can separately monitor your rigs.

DwarfPool German quality you can trust!

finally, thank you Wink

Anyone have a good keccak config for r9 290x? I'm only getting 370-ish, probably could squeeze out a bit more. Scrypt usually 880 per GPU.
I dropped TC to around 21,000, and have I-13 gpu-threads 1, mem 1500 core 920. Any suggestions?

Also, if anyone has settings for 7970's and/or 7950's, I'd be grateful for your input. I'm in the process of turning all my rigs over to this coin.
Thanks brethren of the  Shocked365Shocked
Keccak depends mostly on GPU speed does it not, I am using a TOxic 280x at home and i am avg 407. I am not at home at the moment to give exact settings, but I can say my 280x is clocked at 1200GPU 800MEM 1.2V,      Intensity 13-14 and Worksize 256

Thanks. Seems like people are saying dropping memclock and upping core. Would be curious to hear any 290x specific revelations if anyone has them. I-14 didn't give me anything more than I-13, so I left it on 13.

Price is very low... Sad

Agree!
I think the right price is 30BTC at least.
So those who buys now for 10BTC will make a pretty good profit.

I don't know why people are putting in all those settings for the R9 280x.

Just setting the intensity to 11 works fine.

http://www.bild.me/bild.php?file=2712499screenshot.jpg

Powercolor R9 280x's run solid at 369 Mh/s. (GPU 0,1,2) at 1.1 V, 1100 for the core clock and 1000 for the memory.

The last card (GPU 3) is an Asus r9 280x at 386 Mh/s at 1.2 V, 1150 core clock and 1000 for the memory. It can go beyond 400 Mh/s, I just haven't tested it very much as it seems to need more power than the other cards.

For stability has anyone tested the PowerColor r9 280's below 1.1v?

why not intensity=14?
should boost the hashrate to 360 for 280X...
also you can ignore TC, which has no effect.

i use
Code:
cgminer --keccak --gpu-fan 85 --gpu-engine 1150 --gpu-memclock 1000 -I 14 -w 256
to get 387MHps with 280X.
i cant use lower memclock, otherwise i would.

Code:
cgminer.exe --keccak --no-submit-stale  --lookup-gap 2 -g 2 -I 14 -w 256 --auto-fan --gpu-fan 30-80 --temp-cutoff 90 --temp-overheat 88 --temp-target 83 --gpu-memclock 1000 --gpu-engine 1150 --gpu-powertune -20

346,7Mhs (280X Vapor-X)

seems low... i would try to remove the -g 2 as one thread should be enough and also powertune can mess the clocks, so try to run without it.

How many Mh/s should I approximatelly get for

1) R9 270X
2) R9 290

cards? I know what to expect from scrypt and n-factor scrypt but have no idea what to expect from keccak?!

keccak is aprox. 50% of scrypt Wink ... i have 760kHps for scrypt and 380kHps for keccak on r9 280x

280X (powercolor) => 326Mhs
290 (sapphire) => 416Mhs

Code:
"intensity" : "13,13",
"vectors" : "1,1",
"worksize" : "256,256",
"kernel" : "keccak",
"lookup-gap" : "2,2",
"gpu-threads" : "2",
"thread-concurrency" : "8193,27000",
"gpu-engine" : "1080,1000",
"gpu-fan" : "30-80,30-80",
"gpu-memclock" : "1500,1300",
"gpu-memdiff" : "0,0",
