Overvaluation seems like the problem since last year, when i get into crypto most of the ico project only collect about 1 million usd from the ico and the demand for the coin is high that's why the price can go up a lot at exchange, now they collect a lot more and start with a huge marketcap already so it's hard for the price to go up.
Lets just break it down to just "Scam" . I noticed a lot of ICO coming up almost everyday with their shitcoin airdrops distribution. I just hope there will be a central authority that validates any ICO projects that plans to launch into the public. To identify the valid ICO's from the fake ones. Its just too frustrating to see these fake ICO's flooding not only in this community, but all over the internet.
That actually is one of the problem an ICO. Those four are one of the reasons why ICO were stain in negative image on all of the investors and ended up investigated to government. Most ICO ended up as scam project or they dont that charismatic because of partnership, unknown members or partnerships. I hope that every ICO will be registered to an approved government agencies to minimize scamming investors. We all know that if that government agencies handle or that ICOis registered through them, an investor is more calm or trusted to invest to that ICO.

AND too many projects came out. That makes the market dull, new ignorant people will invest in fraudulent projects, it makes them lose confidence in the Crypto market. Who will solve these problems ?

these are the main reasons indeed. Most ICOs are failing because of low price of coins I guess. People are scared to invest money into cryptos. Once the price goes up the ICO will be profitable again.
I would agree with you on this. The main problem for these ICO are most of them are fraud and scams. People invest in there and loses their money. Because of these, many people are giving up the crypto world which is bad for the market.

It might be those 4 reasons huge problem today will alarm everyone to take care always on participating ico they must be aware and study first to avoid those problem. So in that case always remember we all part of it we continue to support and raised all the ico project.
Scams, frauds have become the main problem in ICOs. There are many scam ICO present in the market. Many people loses their money because of investing in those ICOs. I think proper regulation is needed is for ICOs to prevent scams and frauds.
Fraud and scam ICOs are a curse for the crypto market. Many people losing their hope and going away from crypto market because of them. This needs to stop for the sake of the market. Regulation of the ICOs have become a crying need now in order to stop scams.
Some ICOs now a days are scam. After ICO , developers will pump the value of their coins and after dumping they will leave their project. Some coins after ICO didn't even reach exchange. And some after ICO, price is lower than ICO price. Investing is a gamble. You don't need to invest on all ICO, just invest on those that have potential. Less risk, more possibility of profit.

I think you forgot the main reason - ICO market is poorly regulated by law, if this problem will be solved all the others will be solved by themselves this is 4 reason

Problem is like with all unregulated markets that there is no repercussions for misbehaving and being a scammer. Until there is greed this market will exist and will bring insane gains as well as hurt investors badly.

From my opinion the main problem is the huge amount of ICOs. For me quality matters more than quantity. In this ocean of ICOs people often face difficulties to figure out authentic projects.
You can find frauds in every sectors. I think most of the time people are the reason behind getting caught by frauds. Many people don't wanna research which leads them to scams.
I am agree with your points. There are several more reason but these four are the major reason behind ICO market problem. Specially scams and frauds hampers a lot in the market.
Swindlers. This is the main reason for what is happening now in this market. Though Bitcoin and naughty, but faith blew it scammers.
