ICO market is one of the main part of cryptocurrency, and if there is a NO ICO then cryptocurrency meets to end. Where some fraud people making ICO a useless thing with their scam project. Some ICO projects are failed to reach their target and that's the another reason of ICO market falling down. But now ICO market needs some strict rules and regulation to catch every fraud activity. Also it's our responsibility to invest with carefully and if we find something suspicious then need to investigate it totally.
ICO market has only 1 problem - people who have just heard two words "Bitcoin" and "ICO" and ready to put their hard earned money into fancy homemade ICO site composed by illiterate scammers from 3rd world country.

Scams and fraud are the same things, isn't it? And speculation with overvaluation. So I see only two reasons.
Yes, we have to be conscious about our investment. Many scammers and fraud are in cryptocurrency market so be safe and save your investment. Before taking any decision think about it and analyse the situation.
The biggest problem in my opinion is scams need to do somthing with that,Latvians release project crypto police now is going ico i very count on them that they will going right,and project dont die..We all waitning for fraud,scam regulations many peoples lose they money and no one cares about that.
Another of the main reasons is the unpredictable decline of the market. ICO projects can not collect the planned amounts of money that does not allow the project to evolve according to plans.
ICOs are not worth to invest nowadays. And the biggest reasons for the ICO markets are whales, market makers, quick flipper small investors.
To keep the investment safe, we must be careful. We have to be cautious in any negative issues and ideas like scam or fraud so that we can keep our investments safe and gain the future.
ICO in the crypto market makes easier for the fraud/scammers as Crypto space is free for everyone and everyone includes frauds as well. So, we should be aware of where we are investing and its probable outcome.
ICO market now need regulation to protect investor from fraud, no regulation make more easy to do fraud activity and finally many investor loss money. Many ICO does not have any working product and only want to collect money from investor without any protection to their investor. ICO should become more safe investment to attrack new player.

Fraud there is in any field of activity, and this is not a problem, it is a consequence of poor security. The problem I would mention is that there are no tools to protect investors in the market, and a big problem is that in the general mass, the investor market is very stupid, otherwise people would not participate in ICO, which after entering the exchange, almost all lose their value, but earn only those who participate on private sale. this is 4 reason
