I do not agree with that statement. though indeed airdrop has some scam many of them who have the potential and indeed produce. may be only partially airdrop course which I think is a scam and not 99%. This is indeed a concern on its own due to begin to start many people complaining would be the number for the scam.

I disagree, but understand what you mean. I don't think 99% are actually done as part of a scam. The real question is, does an airdrop have any remaining value for those that offer the airdrop, and to thoes that receive the airdrop?

Let's say you get 50 tokens of a 1.000.000.000 supply. No way those 50 tokens will be worth more than a few cents any time soon. So this means you get a drop in your wallet, but you can't do anything with it. You can't send it to an exchange, since it will be more expensive in terms of gas than the actual value of the tokens have. You just have to wait it out. Right now I stopped participating in airdrops, it's just not worth my time anymore. Only when I find real under the radar projects that have genuine airdrops, I may join...but only after I've done extensive research into the potential value of the tokens...

I think the title of your article is correct. I also believe that 90% of the airdrop projects are not rewarded! I have experienced airdrop missions lasting for one month and I have never received any rewards! I am now disappointed with the airdrop project!

i guess 50% not 90%. there is still trustworthy airdrops. you just need to be EXTRA careful and seek for the trusted airdrop.

Yeah you need to be extra careful because it's indeed 90% are just scam. A lot of airdrops are popping in the community and it's just a toxic that's spreading and eventually will be a shitcoin and will dead. So just forget joining airdrops and focus to something you can earn.

the ugliness of airdrop event is the number of fake and duplicate accounts, and some peoples trying to cheat the distribution of tokens or coins by using the others people accounts to take part in the airdrop receiver list

Exactly, 99% of all airdrops are scams in 2018, but in 2017 there were still many airdrops are real airdrops not scams, such as REBL, blue, ACC, etc. But 2018 is the year that the airdrop died.

I'm still about to find out Sir. Yeah, I've been reading a lot about this subject much more frequent now. All we can do is hope that eventually they will pay.

Quite right, airdrop is a deception of the participants. Very few companies give out their tokens for free in order to make them more popular. I do not take part in airdrops.

The title of this thread is bit provocative, but the fact is that most people have a bad experience with airdrops. According to several airdrop hunters I spoke to, the majority ICOs don't pay out at all.
What's your experience with airdrops? Did you get scammed most of the times?

What do you mean that airdrops are scam? If you get coins for free it couldn’t be expected that many of them will be very effective. Yes, often airdropped coins and tokens are hardly can be exchanged.

I have got a lot tokens from airdrops. As for me it is not hard to spend 5 minutes and fill form. But sometimes they want you send them money. And this is surely will be a scam.

Many airdrop right now was scam and do not have good value to sell on market, almost airdrop token do not accepted on exchange market and just collected to our myetherwallet. Is not care how long have waiting and hold token from airdrop on our wallet, because the development of airdrop project still never to listed their token on exchange market adn they will make airdrop token is scam.

There are a few things that should be noted here. If an airdrop distributes a particular token or altcoin to the participants and the token fails to make much movement, then you can't really say that it is a scam. I would say that it is a genuine case of business failure.

I have never participated in a good profitable airdrop. But I have several acquaintances who have received good awards. It is rather the exception. But many good coins and ICO conduct airdrop and it does not spoil the projects themselves.

I do not see the point of wasting time on airdrops. more than 90 percent of the airdrops is scam. if and to participate in airdrops then from "big" companies, and not by the company of shitcoins

We can assess the project is real or just looking for profit. I think you can judge for yourself.

It can be said that in the end many projects do not pay or fail to enter the market. They reasoned that it did not achieve sales targets and various other reasons. but who knows? The point is to be careful in choosing ICO.

Yes I was scammed before so many times that is why I quit on participating airdrop.
At first, I can earn money from airdrop that is why I monitored every single new airdrop. We all know that aidrop before have limited participants so that you have to be updated in order to join. Later on, I already have a lot of airdrop participated but I am receiving no tokens. I check up the thread and some thread are missing so I decided to quit. I also realize they can use my information and if put my private key instead of address they can hack my account
