This kind of gambler has done two kinds of havoc, one to himself for committing a suicide and the other was the family he has thrown into mourning of his demise, i don't know how he came about having such mentality that suggest death as an alternative to shame  over gambling loss, am sure he must have been somewhere now blaming himself afterlife, and upon all this decision and action taken, that doesnt cler the debts he has left behind.

Basically those who gamble. Gambling addicts never gamble thinking about their family. If they gambled thinking about their family then they wouldn't gamble. He used to walk in that way so that his family would be well. Gambling can never bring peace to a family. There are still many families whose happiness and peace are being destroyed due to gambling. However, they cannot stop gambling. However, the dreams of many thousands of middle-class families in the society are being broken through this gambling, so this gambling is never right. Gambling can never bring happiness and peace in people's lives. So we all should not be addicted to gambling.  Gambling is not right for any of us so our society will be good for all aspects of the family.

Reaching to a point where you turn to life of crime just to be able to gamble is not something you can reverse. I am sure there must be a few people who rehabitated to get better, but that doesn't mean that it is going to be easy at all. It is going to be something that will take a while and I am pretty sure that it is not going to be all that easy.

We should be emphatic towards people like this but doesn't mean that we should approve neither. Just denying them life, is not the solution, we gain nothing by it. But understanding the issues underlying and trying to maybe even fix these issues could make it a lot better and could earn the community one more person. This is why help is always the most important thing they could request.

I agree it is not good to get excited about gambling when one is not in control so if you can control yourself and heal everything with a healthy spirit life will be beautiful. It is not possible to get out of gambling addiction easily if the person does not want to since the beginning of the development of human civilization the tendency of gambling or risk taking among people is noticeable. Gambling should be enjoyed as a form of entertainment rather than ruining one's life by keeping one's problems under control.

Because of the profound effects of stress and negativity, doctors almost always ask people with psychological problems to live more optimistically, more precisely, they need to make the cells feel love, instead of losing the will to survive. Such diseases cannot be cured with medicine, they need to be cured with a healthier soul but in the end, the oppression from society as well as the coldness from the family often cause tragic events, the world in the eyes of those who commit suicide is not really as beautiful as others describe

There have been many cases of crimes caused by perpetrators who were addicted to gambling, this happened in my country there was news of crimes and when interrogated the reason for the crimes they committed was because they were addicted to slot gambling. Also, in my opinion, it is not strange if there is a crime if the reason they do it is because they are addicted to gambling. With gambling addiction, of course it can make them dare to carry out actions that carry big risks even if they are in trouble with the law. Of course, gambling will not go according to our wishes, because losses that are certain to occur cannot be avoided, except by minimizing losses such as betting with our financial capabilities. Many bet beyond their financial limits, but this ends up being a problem for themselves.

The problems that occur are due to their own excessive actions, the pressure that comes cannot be accepted well, causing their thinking to become confused which ultimately makes them stressed or even to the point of wanting to end their life, abandoning responsibilities that they should complete themselves. Gambling is not dangerous if we can do it well and not do it excessively. In my opinion, many people who have a bad view of gambling are because they themselves gamble excessively.

Just the stress that it gives can make one person unhealthy. Bowel problems, easily irritated, disoriented, and a lot of stressful reactions that could ruin one's health. Taking your own life though seems to be hardcore, if you believe in something spiritual that gave you life then you won't do that. Just thinking about your parents will do. How sad they will be if one person takes his life especially if that is their son or daughter? I bet they will be heartbroken and they will be thinking of different things like what they did lack for their child to do that.
Gambling should just be an entertainment, like sport. Treat it like that and there are fewer worries about it. Just today I was not in the mood to play casino games because I kept on losing and then it was given back to me like I was being played so I just took the rest and called it a day. That is how we treat gambling, it's not a necessity, we don't really need it everyday.

The things is many gamblers don't thinks about how to responsible gambling and makes them losing much money and the worst is they becomes addicted to gambling. This happens to many gamblers while the other gamblers doesn't learned from those gamblers who has experienced that. Many people becomes addicted to gambling because they don't have a self-control when playing gambling so they tempted to continue playing gambling without responsibility. If you already feel that you have lack of self-control, you must not playing gambling too often and too long because that can attracted you to playing gambling longer than usual. If you thinks that you can become worst, you must ask for helps from your family and friends so they can help you immediately before the situations becomes worst.

The issue here is that even if we can agree that different people can have different ways of dealing with their problems, and while some may be incredibly resolute and never give up no matter what, while others do not have even an ounce of that resolution.

When we are talking about the huge consequences that lack of resolution can bring to others, like it is the case brought forward by the OP, then such tolerance cannot be allowed anymore.

Irresponsible gambling can lead to many evil things, including suicide, people who gamble with an amount they cannot afford to lose are liable to suicide if things do not go their way. Stories such as this is a warning to people, do not get addicted to gambling, gambling in itself is not bad, it is the addiction that is the problem, and it can ruin lives. I recommend that one should seek help immediately if they can no longer control their gambling habits, it is better to get help than to allow it ruin you.

I Agree, it's as easy as telling other people that they should learn to control themselves or they should have stopped themselves from gambling from the start, but that's hard to do especially since we're not at the same level of life and handling of the problem that comes. There are some people who no matter how big a problem they face, they can overcome it, and there are others who just give up on a small problem and I don't see anything wrong with that, everyone's feeling is valid and nothing else can dictate how they should feel especially if you have not experienced what they have experienced.

Yes, life gets harder and money would be the main thing that we would really be needing yet in every step or actions you do make then it do involves money. On the time that you have lost your life savings or lets say that you had put up yourself into extreme debts then you would really be coming into your life on having that kind of situation that you would be killing yourself.
Some say that its simple to control such thing but we do know that not all people would really be having on the same control just like others on where there are ones who are really that
too emotional when it comes to things and when they do experience such problems then they do really end up on becoming that too emotional until they would come up into this kind of solution.

True, everything costs money, there is no free lunch and even when you want to pee you have to pay a certain amount of money, life is hard while work is getting harder and the name of necessity can never be tolerated, meaning money is something that can make you survive longer, and yes I agree with you that this is what makes someone desperate to make gambling a place to earn, and one of the causes may be the factor of circumstances that are experiencing money difficulties. Putting hope that gambling will be able to change their lives by getting a lot of winnings, but however this is a wrong idea and maybe stupid.

This is why anyone should not gamble when he is in trouble especially when experiencing financial problems in his life, because gambling is not an activity to solve problems, this is nothing more than a place of recreation for anyone who is bored. Ending your life is the worst situation as a result of gambling in my opinion, you sacrifice your own life for your mistake in thinking or understanding what gambling is really about, I am sure that the person is in a desperate situation with full of pressure which in the end makes a ridiculous decision by ending life.

Once that addiction do shackles you then getting out would really be that so damn hard and if you arent that having that good control towards your mind and emotion then most likely you would really be getting addicted by it and this is why it would really be that important that you do have that kind of mentality and awareness that you shouldnt really be playing gambling too much if you dont like to mess up your life.
Being responsible is really just that easy to mention or to advise but on the time that you are on such condition or situation then it wont really be that easy.

People who do end up on having that suicide decisions are the ones who are really that emotionally weak on which due on the time that they've seen that there's no solution
to problem then they would be coming up into a solution on having a suicide to have solved out on everything which it is really just that an insane thing to be done.

When someone having gambling addiction, his mental gets affected and that caused him can't thinks clear about what he did in gambling. He will only wants to playing gambling without wanting doing anything because he thinks that gambling is the important things for him. But when he can't hold himself and many problems comes to him, he can't solves it and will desperate as he will not see a way out to solves his problems. He will only thinks to ends his life without thinks that if he does that, the other people around him will affects too what he does.

We live in an era where you can't do anything without money, this is what makes people gamble with their hard-earned money that they can't afford to lose so that they can earn more money with it to sustain their lives which isn't the right thing to do but they can't help it, they probably don't find any other source where they can make money, and they find gambling to be the easiest way to do that.

People who commit suicide due to gambling or losing money don't do it because of the money they've lost, but they do it because they know they have nothing left in their life after that, and now they have nothing to live for, though they should think of their families and relatives but they lose the ability to think at such times.

Suicide is the worst solution, especially in the gambling industry. You know, I watched a lot of interviews with gambling addicts and I got the paradoxical opinion that these are very optimistic and cheerful people. Most of them would never commit suicide. They get into debt, declare themselves bankrupt, take money from somewhere again, lose again, and so on ad infinitum. Friends, life is beautiful and amazing. Suicide is permissible only in cases of prolonged, unbearable physical suffering. In this case, it becomes something like euthanasia. Or, let's say you are a soldier who was captured and bullied. And you understand that you will never get out of this captivity any other way. On the other hand, I read books written by concentration camp prisoners who managed to survive despite all the abuse.

I saw he was a businessman. This means the $3k worth of betting money was probably money he used for business. He lost his money which means he has lost his business. And he lost his source of income. It was really a very difficult situation and it took a very strong mentality to get out of that situation. I agree with you in never spending money that you are not prepared to lose. I think we can gamble just for fun. Spending a few pennies to enjoy the game is much better than spending hundreds of dollars chasing the jackpot.

Once mental health would really be that affected then this is where people would really be starting to think up about those suicidal things specially if they are on such tough situation.
This is why it would really be always that best that you should really be having that emotional control and self awareness on the things that you've been doing. Dont let your emotions control you
because once it does then you would really be doing things on which you didnt expect that you could actually be able to do once in your life.

It is really just that sad that people do really end up on this kind of options rather than on solving out their debt problems. Yes, its not easy specially if addiction had controlled over you
but doesnt mean that you would really be that ending up with that kind of solution. In every problem there's a solution into that on which it would really be just that
normal that it would be hard but doesnt mean that it would be impossible.
