Well I don’t want to be a jerk but I’m always surprised when I come across video online where a content creator will just set his/her tripod and then start crying in front of the camera, what if the video doesn’t go as planned then they’ll have to start the cry all over again? lol

It on a more serious, there are addicts out there that are going through a lot of issue because of gambling some of them have even resorted to doing unethical things just so they can get funds for their account will those that were unable to bear the issues that comes with gambling addiction took their life.

The media didn’t mention how she got into gambling, what motivated her? If it was purely to earn passively as she might have seen some of her lucky colleagues cash out big bucks on gambling then she decided to hop in as well or prolly due to boredom, nothing was stated just that she lost a huge amount from it.

Well sad to hear this but still I hope this serves as a learning, firstly your tears actually mean nothing after you must have played a game and you lost the game. Gambling is not a game that the odds are fully in your favor you should always understand that and that is why you should not gamble with any amount you can't afford to lose, and don't gamble with loaned money too.

Gambling is just like investment and trading anything can happen be aware of this possibility so no matter the outcome you should not be surprised about it

Sometimes those who bet and cannot accept losing are those who make gambling their source of income. So sometimes they use money that should even be used to shop for life's necessities. And that's the problem. They don't understand that gambling is better to just think of as fun and only use money that they are ready to lose. If you want to make more money then it is better to work harder and increase your working hours. The problem of addicted people today is due to their misperception about gambling itself. They don't see it as entertainment. They will not even feel pleasure in this matter. They will only feel tension and subconsciously their psychology will be disturbed. But nowadays many women are also used to gambling. That's pretty commonplace nowadays. But I hope they don't get out of control and end up spending money on household purchases.  Lips sealed

It won’t be called a gamble if you have assurance of the outcome; losing is part of the game especially if you are not lucky for that day, week, or month. If you would cry of losing then better not to gamble at all. Problem is with gambler’s expectation; if you think winning is easy then why aren’t we all rich? Not because some people have won big time, it would mean that each of us would also do so; think of how huge the number of gamblers who are also losing big time. There’s no such thing as an easier way to success. Yes, in some instances risks could be managed such as with sportsbetting but still, nothing’s assured. Even underdogs are winning despite of discriminative attitude towards them and this should simply be a warning to those who are expecting for an easy win no matter how good your analysis.

It's simple: do not gamble if you are not prepared to lose the money. Otherwise, you'll find yourself breaking down in the end. I am sure that this has happened to many people many times; most cases are just not documented like this lady's. Remember, folks, do not gamble with what you cannot afford to lose. But if you do, be responsible.

There is no gender in gambling and probably the feminist who seeks equality can respond to her better than anyone cause what if the reaction given by a man?

But just because it happened to a woman, she can't expect sympathy or whatever. No one should bet more than they can afford to lose and if they do then they are the ones who have to face the consequences. This is just another reminder to practice responsible gambling by setting limits to their money, time spent for gambling, and knowing when to quit followed by many others.

This is a person who is not ready for anything; she is not really ready to take any risk at all in her life, assuming she won the game as she had expected. What we could have seen is some sort of self-praising on how her gambling skills are perfect and have made her win plenty of money in a short period of time, but now that she lost the game, her so-called positive mindset on gambling has now turned out to be a bad thing.

This is exactly what happens when someone has high expectations over something; it always turns out to be a high disappointment. Just imagine how she has planned on what to do with the money that has not even been won. I believe what makes this entirely bad situation, as it appears to be to her, is because she believes that she has won the game, and when things turn out the other way around, the disappointment hits her differently.

I just hope she learns from her own lesson and does not just use these tears and warnings to gain more followers on her page, as many social media users are ready to do anything in order to gain the influence that they desire.

It's a kid losing his school fees to gambling the other day and then we have a thread for a crying woman for a lost bet to the same gambling platform hehe. This is another instance which proves that woman cannot take Ls well. It's crazy how they need to post these things on social media instead of taking the loss on the chin and take accountability silently.
That is why from the beginning these gambling platforms already knew the emotional implications of gambling that is why it is 18-plus because I wonder how someone would gamble with their school fees if not for being a child without considering the implication of his action if he was matured enough he would have placed his thought on a different dimension and I am sure that the only thing his thought was focused on was the money to be won. the same thing happened with the lady who was crying just imagine she has won she won't cry but she should know what she was going into before placing a bet. am sure someone would have encouraged her that she would make a lot of money forgetting the risk behind it. and we all know how women are bad at handling bad situations know how soft and emotional they can be sometimes.

The subject reminds of some blackjack video.

While some young guy, playing blackjack in landbase video. Other people video him playing, with betting 100$ he took so long to hit 12 and got busted. The reaction are kinda make me think.

If you can afford to lose 100$ in LasVegas and think to much. I believe gambling is not for him.

Underestimate- nothing
Well you can cry all you want after the bad things have happened but it will not solve you anything. In order to stop being in such situations like the lady here it is essential to know your inner self,if you are strong mentally and have a strong character that you pass even difficult things like gambling addiction with ease you can continue to play but if you start crying for a lost bet this means that you must stop immediately and never again touch gambling in your life, not even the smallest amount you should gamble.

That is the moral of the story,I lost everything yesterday playing slot machines yet today I am like nothing have happened and I look forward to playing again,I am extremely strong mentally that is why.

I don't see crying as an option in some situations just as you have said if you cry from now till tomorrow it does not bring back the money that has been lost is just for her to embrace her faith and if she is still interested she can try again she might get lucky this time around. I know people that will feel buttered about losing and eventually still go back so there is a probability that she might go back. I believe that it's just time I feel it is her first time playing when she becomes a pro she can only feel bad when she loses she will become stronger then, but women hardly get addicted to gambling because the end of the day when they get continuous lost they will eventually stop, unlike the men that will continue in search of money. sorry for losing the slot machine and you can try again at least with a reasonable amount.

I agree I don't think the woman belongs here, she should realize the risks and rewards are equal.
So if you expect good things to always happen to you then you are wrong.
a person can win and lose the entire amount of money at stake, just be prepared for it to happen because it will definitely happen when she bets his money.

Crying on the internet about your gambling problem doesn't fix the problem. She's just overwhelmed with guilt and pain.

The crying part to me I believe is just to get sympathy and probably get attention either to grow her followership in whatever social media platform she will further post it.

I know she'll be back to sports bet next day to recover her losses.

Surely if really she lost out, she will go back to try regain her lose. Gamblers have this in common, they chase back losses but I hope she doesn't get bruised badly when she does go back for her chase.

It's crazy how they need to post these things on social media instead of taking the loss on the chin and take accountability silently.
Maybe she want to get a sympathy from other people, increase her follower or getting donated by rich people or other casino.
I spent some time with the link in the OP and saw the original tiktok video where she posted it. I wanted to see if donation links was posted but I saw none of that. It looks like she wants to make it viral with all those hashtags in the caption so who knows if she could get some reward for taking a video of herself while crying.

It's funny how one comment says leave sportybet and then inviting her to play on another gambling site.

So it is now become a trend to post about losing money on gambling and with an act like being sad, regret, etc in social media? What's the purpose?
To gain some attention from viewers? to gain empathy and sympathy from viewers? While in fact these people are embarassing themselves.
What if they win their bets? Will they share it in social media by showing themselves laughing a loud to express their happiness of the victory?
Lets just ignore such a person, social media is full of BS, full of gimmick, dont be fooled with such a post in social media.

A lady cried seriously after losing her money in sports bet gambling. Navigate to the image for more info 👉👉👉

Gambling is not for the weak minded ones but for those who can withstand with the bad motion/feeling when it occurs. Any gambler that thinking to win always is not well prepared for the gambling space. As a Gambler, you have to prepare your mind that the game you are playing might favour you or against you and if the game against you, then you have to wear a thick skin to over come the lose. Gambling is not for butter and bread but for the better and the worst. So any of the above come to your way as a gambler, you take. No man/woman should cry for gambling though it is painful but you don't have to cry. The casino company never cry when you win. She would have known that gambling is not her loss is another person win and her win is another person loss. Casinos want you to loss and you want casinos to loss and that is how gambling game is. Many people don't understand gambling and all what they want is to play and win. And I believed that she didn't read the Ts of the casino and probably she was excited for the game and placed her bet and loss.
This is the first time I am seeing a lady playing gamble in the public domain. Though I have been hearing but not seen. Well she should take heart, the matter how she cried the money will not come back again. What do you say about the Lady? Did she do well in the public? As I said, gambling is not your mate, take precautions.

I have seen a similar video but this one was a man that play virtual bet, it's one of the riskiest and volatile way of winning and so losing, when I say volatile, you can lose huge amount of money in the space of 5 minutes and can lose everything, including your home in 5 seconds and I don't know why gamblers enjoy playing this particular type of bet, maybe that's addiction we discussed here every day and ways people gamble irresponsibly.

Man came with ₦52,000($50) and stake everything, he lose everything within 10 minutes, he was angry and looked for solutions to get back his money but none was available and then he decided to go violent, told the agent to pay him back his money, how is that possible? Who will pay for the money you willingly bet on? Maybe he was not informed how risky the kind of bet he wanted to play.

This lady is not different from the man I saw a video online, she is looking for sympathy just maybe online non government organizations will come to her aid for her own decision, if she has won that bet, people will not hear anything from her but not that the bet went hay, she is crying for sympathy.  Cry

This just shows how gamblers can be greedy at times!

Can you imagine her reaction had she won this bet...she would have been on top of the world telling everyone how gambling is such a blessing and she will be gambling more as she has found a way to make money online..now things didn't go her way and she's calling it bad lol.

Otherwise gambling makes grown a*SS men and women cry which shows that your emotions and mental strength count, better luck next time lady  Cool

No room for the faint-hearted in the gambling world, you know? Those folks are why gambling gets a bad rap in the community. They dive in without realizing the risks they're taking with their money. Sometimes, when desperation kicks in, gamblers get a bit delusional. The reason that lady was crying? She's all about the win, not seeing the bigger picture. If she tried her luck in the investment world, she'd probably fall for a scam and end up in tears. Hopefully, she can come to terms with the losses and move forward.

The casino does not see you as a woman or a man and even if you have to cry, cry because the casino will not care about you, the money you have lost because of gambling will not be returned because before playing gambling, aren't there always rules and requirements that must be agreed to and also have you heard? advice from old gamblers that gambling is full of big risks, not a place to get rich quick.

I once experienced this when I was gambling with my friend and at that time my friend was crying and whining asking for his money to be returned because it was his savings and I didn't want to return it, but he called his father and tried to ask me for his money back, but still I I won't return it, because I said he lost the gambling and I didn't take his possessions, when we gambled we agreed on the risks. so his father no longer forced me to return his son's money. It is important for people before gambling to understand the risks, don't think that gambling can make us rich. that was a mistake  Cheesy

I respectfully submit that I think you are going about this in the wrong way. The first rule of good gambling is to only bet money you can afford to lose. I usually bet between 0.01% and 0.05% of my monthly income and obviously those things don't happen to me.

The point is not that gambling is not your mate, it's that you have to be aware of what it is and follow some basic rules so you don't end up like her or worse: the above mentioned, only bet what you can afford to lose, consider it as entertainment, never think that it will be a good way to win money, on the contrary, and things like that.

This 2 news that just shared here in the forum but in reality this event always happened to somebody who gamble money that he/she can’t afford to lose. There are much worst than this 2 like the games who committed suicide after losing all his funds on gambling and so on that involves violence. At least on the 2 stories share only crying is their action which is understandable when you are sad.

I agree 100%.

Social media makes everything accessible to the public and I commend them for being bold on sharing their sad reaction in the public just to get sympathy to the public which doesn’t have any relation to them.
