Logically, this is going to be better:
- Statically linked wallet
- Much better logo
- Better website
- Cleaner code base
- Better PoS rewards schedule
- More transparency
- trust: devs with actual ratings, instead of some anonymous dev
- retains current blockchain and wallet distribution.. (huge existing user base)
and most important:
- Actually MORE people driving this thing.. except 1 fairly absent scamming dev.
As far as the POS, I think we need a clear vote on either the original 100% for one year solution or maestro's proposal. Clean and simple, winner of the poll is how we should go.

I very much prefer a more slow gradual decrease on shorter intervals (e.g. instead of jumping from 100% in year 1 to 2% in year 2, we can do a slow decrease every 1-2 months until we get to 2% within 2-3 years).
I don't think the original developer thought about the long-term PoS issues of the coin, this is evident from the code he wrote but this is something that we need to decide.

+1! You guys are doing an excellent job resurrecting this coin and silencing the naysayers. This could very well go down as the biggest comeback story in crypto history, especially considering the massive hash and trading volume it had before.
The POS proposal is perfect (and will keep people holding on to their coins for longer) plus the plans for the multipool to stabilize price.... damn, the scam the dev pulled may very well turn out to be the best thing that happened to this coin as now it's going to come back stronger than ever under the leadership of the community!

i like the stake that has been posted more coins is not healthy for price growth
and anyway 2nd yr interest was going to bring 320mill to 326mill. So this is even better
