Currently deposits and withdrawals are offline for AC due to blockchain problems. Will be re-enabled once the issue has been resolved.

Not good news:

Below you will find markets that we're removing on Friday, June 6th.  If you'd like to see them stick around, the best thing to do is spread the word and get the market active again.  We generated this list based on average volume in the last week and length of time on Bittrex, or whether the wallet and network has been having trouble.  In rare cases, we'll open LTC markets for coins or give the community more time to build volume.  If you are a developer of a coin on this list and would like to keep your market on Bittrex, please contact us at [email protected]

AsiaCoin: https://bittrex.com/Market/Index?MarketName=BTC-AC

Its gone...
Given that Bittrex has never been a main trading platform for AsiaCoin users, it is actually nothing major. We will touch points with Bittrex and let them know our plans. However, trading volume is not something we can control.

As long as still listed on Shitzy.. err Cryptsy.. all is well. Smiley

EMC2 is well worth some consideration and assistance if only pointing them in the right direction. Also, I see the coin has been added to FaceBook's "Tipping" app, one of only about 12 that are available to use to tip other FaceBook members...

If we are advertising coins we think are going to do well. Here are my picks. AC,VRC,MAST,XHC,XLB, and LOL!

Oh and don't forget the road of bitcoin is paved in silk

Uh oh,,  Shocked

Anyone still working on the issue with the wallet? I haven't seen an update today and a little nervous now since we are getting dropped from major exchanges.

Yes we are working on the issue. Fixing it is proving to be a little more tricky than we've initially thought (the original developer's code is a mess, and buggy), we've been having to do more fixes than we thought, and it all happened on a weekend where most of our team were away, so that adds to the workload on the remaining of us and it's taking a bit longer.

Ok dont worry team, you are doing it well. I understand old Dev dont care about anything of these stuff is pretty normal to have issues. The price is stable after three days so seem the community are not afraid, not dumping, not shelling, thats real support, we believe in you.

Asia-QT was open the whole month maybe restarted it 3 times , and it only minted once, not @ 100% it was more like 2%,
and atm it still dosent sync.

on my wallet i have got exactly 3.7% for two weeks . did not calculate how this compounds in one year quite possibly it compounds to 100 % per year

That is even a lot more than 100% per year (is around 150% - just calculate 1.037 ^26)
14/365 x 100% = 3.83561%

There is definitely compounding effect but staked coins need to mature for 2 weeks before being able to stake. Your calculation is based on 100% per year. However, the revised POS schedule will reduce the stake interest to 80% at block 72,000. It is part of the reason for the sync issue we are currently facing.

There is also an element of luck as stake interest only even out in long run. AsiaCoin stakers who get a higher % are the lucky ones since the stake rewards are going down over time.

The calculation right there takes into account the two weeks Smiley As you indicate there is however some luck involved. It just proves you are in the ballpark.
That's right. That is the ball park. Compounding is bound to happen but at the rate we are progressing, we are moving up the blocks at twice the rate we expected. I expect that we will be down to 20% in 6-7 months instead of the initial 11-12 months.

my wallet yesterday around 11:15 UTC while standing at 71999 for fifteen-twenty minutes sudenly jumped to 72019

it looked quite normal
You are using the latest version of the wallet?

Another trash coin. Blocks are not stable.
Looks like the FUD spreader is here. We have narrowed down the synchronisation problem and we are working on it. It is unfortunate that this happens on a weekend when it is harder to get everyone in.

what I find hilarious about these frantic fudders claiming all coins that have an issue pop up or a hiccup are crap coins...etc

look at video games for example... how many people buy up hardly working glitchy games that are in "alpha" like DayZ and many others lol I couldn't believe people were paying 30 bucks for such a piece of crap (with good potential) I had never seen so many people excited over a glitched out mess like that... yet people kept on buying and playing the crap out of it.

but how dare a coin from a technology (crypto's) that it's self is still in "alpha stage" have a glitch or a bug to work out. lol OMG it must mean it's the end of the world, like any technology is bug free in it's first stages

Is it possible somehow to refund my coins or have to wait for synchronization, which is not happening.

Waiting for the synchronisation will be the best option. I don't think there is a route for refund an unconfirmed transaction.

As long as a transaction is not confirmed, your coins are still in your own wallet and you own them, so there's no need for a refund from whoever you're sending them to.

Once the issue is resolved, either the transactions confirm (more likely) or it is voided (disappears from the blockchain), so you can send it again. You can search for Bitcoin transactions that never confirm to read more about how the protocol works in unconfirmed transactions.
