P&L Report & Balance sheets deadline: 31st October      - Ken posts on this date to say that he would postpone until 15th November due to working on the Klondikes and other resources.

Progress Report Deadline: 30th November                    - Deadline met.

Weekly Update Deadline 11th December                      - Deadline met.

Weekly Update Deadline 18th December                      - Deadline met.

Yes, I'm back and apologise to anyone I may have offended in the past, outside the troll brigade.  I have tried to sit back, and have done quite well, however it pains me to see disinformation go unchecked when it's my grandchildren's inheritance at stake.

Every promise blown?

His most recent promise. Weekly updates seems to be on time every Wednesday, Hell the first one was on a Tuesday.

He made a promise about meeting with eAsic back in August, what? That seemed to be right too? No way!

He made a promise about paying the NRE weeks ago, (he made this promise back in August about paying in August if I remember correctly.) WHAT!?!? You mean he kept this promise too? Good God..

Then he promised us he would migrate the shares from BTCT to Bitfunder. I think this one happened too my friend.

He promised that he would start shipping in November. And he claimed that he had done so!! WHAT!?!?! NO FUCKING WAY. (Now this one is up for grabs but even if he shipped rom VMC to AcTM he still kept his promise as AcTM would be first in the queue. Amiright? (Did I do the internet slang right there?)

He promised us reports on the 15th and the 30th of November and I think I was there for both of those.

Wow. Are you telling me he has been keeping the promises he can as best he can? I am fucking amazed right now.

Please re-read my posts that have not been deleted.  Each time i say that Active Mining is "scam/failed mining company" or "Active Mining is either a scam or a lolworthy failure," you seem to ignore the failure part and ask me to prove scam.  If you sincerely missed that, i'm pointing it out now.

Further, if a scam could be proven, it would be proven to be more than a scam -- it would be proven a failed scam.  That's an important point to keep in mind.

I have provided you with plenty of evidence of Active Mining being a failure -- every deadline blown, every promise broken.  You chose to ignore these facts.  That's fine, but don't assume that everyone else is also blind to them.

Don't worry I have read all of your posts. I can assure there was nothing substantial in any of them. The problem with having a conversation with you is that the conversation will undoubtedly have no substance as you can provide no counter arguments that contains evidence. This will almost always lead to Ad hominem attacks and insults about you and your character. I apologize I didn't mean to make any insults towards you and I apologize again for the adult language that I used.

You are playing the God's Argument. You claim scam but then when asked to provide evidence you claim. "There is no evidence it is not a scam." Until this changes I think you will only be met with Ad Hominem attacks.

PS: Look at what I have bolded in your quote. "lolworthy", you think of this as some sort of game, a game that you intend to win. You think of us as pieces on a board that you plan to move, you are playing a game and your pride is at stake. You pride yourself on something that has to do with this thread, unfortunately you are losing the game.

PS Again: Look at the second line that I have bolded. This is very productive, we have proved (With out a doubt I may add) that the main person against ActiveMining on this thread has NO proof. Seems like a very productive hour of my time compared to the weeks and weeks of time you spent on this forum posting artwork.

On the contrary I haven't defend Ken. I hold him accountable to every thing he says and everything he does. I have been looking at the facts and only the facts, you're letting your pride get ahead of you. You are so blinded by your pride you can't even fathom that you're wrong. I asks questions and look at every posts on this god damn thread, I take what everyone says at face value and look into it. I don't sit on my high horse and belittle people and try to scream scam every fucking day, every fucking hour, every fucking minute like you do. You should reread my post.

Please reread.  The fact that each promise and every verifiable deadline were blown is as much proof of failure as any reasonable person can expect.  If you find that insufficient, please give me your definition of failure.
I'm sure you'll continue defending Ken long after others have accepted their losses and moved on.  I do not aim to convert every zealot.

Of course, i have no conclusive evidence that Ken didn't scam you.  To this day, i also have no conclusive evidence that Labcoin is not a scam.

Not every share holder will see these Trolls for what they are - they will be the real victims in all this, cheated of their shares and future divs.

I also won't sell any atall untill we hit 0.01 and then it will only be a token 10% to raise some FIAT. Everything after that will be held for the divs (which will be banked) and I might sell another 10% at 0.04 which I don't see until around 4-6 months of farm reinvestment when we hold circa 10% of global hash.

People should be aware the divs from the shares will total 0.0025 after just a few months and thereafter will rise perhaps 2-fold as the farm progresses. Thus the Dividend Yield would price ACtM shares at around 0.02 and above. Then you need to add to that the speculation and we could easily see 0.04 by mid 2014.

I am? Are you sure its not you. As I've stated before, show me evidence this is a failed/scam mining company. Show me evidence right now. Concrete evidence and I'll give you .1BTC. If you posts anything after this reply that is not evidence then you are explicitly stating "I have no evidence."

That's almost right. My first reading of the original IPO with no research into AMC or Ken made alarm bells ring.

I lobbied on the thread to have the IPO amended - it was completely restructured. I then researched Ken both indepth online, and also via a contact in Springfield who investigated the listed premises of VMC. All checked out and I then invested a small amount increasing that investment as time went by and more details came out. I'm very happy with every ACtM decision I've made. A shame you can't be - which is why you are desperately Trolling for your life before we list on CryptoTrade lol.

 

That's simply ridiculous.  Why would the stock of a scam/failed mining company be worth anything?  Like many here, you're letting your imagination run away with you.

I have no plans to sell any share under .01. He won't be getting cheap shares from me and his crappy ability to photoshop no matter how much time he spends doing it is not going to lower the shareprice. I don't even understand what the point of the pictures were. Hmm.. I wonder if I photoshop enough pictures of Elon Musk I can probably get cheap tesla shares..

Not quite. The original IPO was vague and allowed for the possibility of the CEO taking all profits before paying out any divs. It wasn't intentional, it was a loophole that needed closing. Ken quickly realised investors concerns were valid and he re-wrote the IPO with vastly improved terms for investors.

Once prices hit above IPO on the exchange I will be well into the green my friend, if they don't already hit IPO prices once the exchange goes live. Also, you have lost far more time visiting this forum than I have by investing in this company. Once again, you have made the far poorer choice here.

Did you take a few minutes to think about that before you replied? By the quickness of your reply I am suspecting that the answer is no.
