That's the problem, Non US people weren't paying attention because it didn't apply and it's weeks ago, buried in this massive thread somewhere and there's no way of telling it hasn't been superseded by more recent info, maybe even on another thread. I been plowing through this schitt for an hour and am still not sure.

Yes and make sure your Bitfunder address is a valid one as Ken receives a list of the usernames/addresses attached to the shares that were sent to him.

Answer: follow directions.
Getting BTC and then knowing about and buying these shares is not a simple thing to do. It baffles me that one is able to aquire bitcoins, then get in these sites and aquire shares, but can't quite figure out what to do now when it's been perfectly outlined for weeks.

Ken what should I do with my shares? I didn't transfer to AMC-Tender because I'm verified on Weexchange and not US user. I have to take a flight in about 4 hours and will be without internet for about 1 week.
Transfer them to AMC-Tender as bitfunder is closing and it's easy enough to transfer them over having to worry how the auto-transfer system is working. I'm sure Ukyo's got a lot of work ahead of him these coming weeks.

Yes, we are on there radar, as they have talked to Ukto about us last month. I sent Ukto our Belize documents so he could send them to the SEC.

I hope you can implement direct shares as soon as possible. Also is it possible to payout to our public addresses instead of bitfunder? The WeExchange crap is terrible and I would rather all Bitcoin profits go straight to an address I control.

What happens if you send the shares after the 6th? or is that not allowed? I would love to do a last minute buy in on bitfunder before it goes down.

This rule was made in place before the Bitfunder events.
We are waiting on Ken to give us an update, hopefully he will implement direct shares. This will allow other people to set up pass throughs on cyrptostocks and havelock.

That didnt take very long.
This would be a good time to think of what to do when BF also closes down, because its only a matter of time IMO.

Whoever (I assume Ken) is the owner of those 3.5m shares - there is a typo at the end of the address.
The first one (16yTynjmSe5bsRGykDaaCL5bm2pxiEfcqC) is not a valid Bitcoin address.

But divs are not paid to AMC-tender. They are paid to the holders who have their shares in AMC-tender.
