activity = min(time * 14, posts)

ı understood nothınk from that.

can someone translate thıs to mathematıch. what ıs thıs (,) as ı know there ıs no mat symbol lıke thıs am ı wrong ?

I have no idea, is that English ?  Grin

Seems to be a function inline. Where min would return the smallest number between posts OR time*14.

I don't understand either. What is "time"?

The activity number is determined in this way:
time = number of two-week periods in which you've posted since your registration
activity = min(time * 14, posts)

Rough summary of what this means: If you post once per day on average, then you will eventually get the maximum number of activity points that you can get. Posting more than once per day on average is useless for increasing activity. The maximum number of activity points you can get is 1 per day, but your activity score only updates every two weeks. Therefore, it will take about 100 days to get 100 activity if you post once per day on average.

Activity is updated every hour.

The new membergroup limits work like this:
GroupRequirement
Brand New0 posts
Newbie(none)
Jr. Memberactivity: 30
Memberactivity: 60
Full Memberactivity: 120
Sr. Memberactivity: 240
Hero Memberactivity: 480
Legendaryoccurs randomly between 775 and 1030 activity

I'm not 100% sure that the membergroups work correctly. Tell me if you see any bugs.

Thanks for very good info

Yes, info is ok, I just don't understand that my activity is 56, since i have 60 posts en i'm a member since May 4th.
61 now. It updates every 24 hours to my understanding, and you can get a maximum of 14 activity every 2 weeks.

How exactly do I have 5 activity in my first day?

as i know. from the first day you create your account your activity is only up to 14 activity, although you post more than 14 post your activity wont added until the next update. update is only happen every two weeks.

so on your question that How exactly do I have 5 activity in my first day? just make a post but not in burst, make your post more constructive and informative. then you will see that your activity is going up until it reach 14 activity.

ı understood nothınk from that.

can someone translate thıs to mathematıch. what ıs thıs (,) as ı know there ıs no mat symbol lıke thıs am ı wrong ?

I cannot understand either can someone simplify it so we can calculate and plan maybe?

If you cannot understand the equation, just use the forum normally.   Post when you have something useful to say, or when you need a question answered.   If you are normally posting, you will receive 14 activity points every 2 weeks.  Activity updates 1 time every two weeks.

14 is the most activity points you can get for each 2 week period

Just a quick question. I had 42 posts, and my 43rd got moderated for off-topic. Now I have 45 posts a couple of days later, but activity remains at 42. Will it ever increase?

Yes. If that was the only post you made in that activity period then those particular activity points are gone forever, but you can get another 14 in the next period and so on.

What are you talking about?

Date Registered:   July 08, 2017, 02:59:58 PM

You are not even one month in the forum that is why you are still a newbie. But you are lucky because in a few days, there will be activity points given so you need to be patience and need not to hurry because activity points are given every 2 weeks. Just continue to make quality post and soon even you will not noticed you that have already rank up.

Because you don't have 30 activity yet. Why don't you just actually read the first post in this thread to find out?

I would also like to know the benefits of each membership.
