Waiting for support answer for one week now... not sure what is going on there?
I have been using the ADVcard for some time now! Yes there have been some issues and some complications, but in general they work fine and the card works great. Besides, they have the lowest fees and the cheaper cards. At least I'm satisfied!
Hi, I'll just ask, the virtual card works all over the world can it? And could it be used to verify a paypal account?
I need a virtual card where I can load on my bitcoins to use for local online shopping and Uber. And probably verify a paypal account if necessary.

There's a verification FAQ inside your account that lists possible options. You need scans of both sides of your license, high quality (at least 800x600), in color, no modifications or skewing of any kind, no blurring, obscured parts etc, all text readable, and no cropping either (we need to see all 4 sides of the document).
You will also need a proof of address, a recent bill or a bank statement or similar document, with your name, address, and date of issue on it (within last 3 months). The name in the document needs to match the name in your profile.
After these are processed by us, within 2-3 business days or so, you just need to verify your mobile phone by receiving a code to it, and you are done.
BTW, you can create cards before you are verified. They will have a few limits that will be raised after your verification is complete.

This is good suggestion, I having same thinking. That make deposit via bitcoin become easy and faster for user. If possible, please show the reserve amount of each currency too.
Also, please ensure the reserve for BTC-e at higher amount. I need to do fund transfer via BTC-e several times a day but now daily reserve seems very low indeed, sometime can't even exchange BTC-e for whole day. I want to transfer fund about few thousands a day if possible.

When the card refill will become instant?
USD cards are stable right now, there are minor delays yet with EUR cards, but we are working to get rid of those as well.
I made a transfer from adv wallet to a friend btc wallet coinbase its been 12 hours and he still didn't get anything this is realy weird and the support didn't answer
Edit: It seems like they deactivated bitcoin transfer right now but still not hearing from them or any official news

there is often friends who come to my house.
they like to open their advcash account using my wifi and order plastic cards to various addresses without id verification because of lazyness
will you flag my ip as a fraud ?
it might look so but this is totally legit.
they also use my wifi to deposit and withdraw

Under news it says:
USD Card Funding Delays
Unfortunately, due to delays in receiving funds from our partners, there is currently a delay in processing Advanced Cash card funding transactions in USD. Transactions that are currently pending will be automatically completed on Tuesday at the latest, hopefully Monday.

Technically, you can. Whether or not it will work in your case is more a question of PayPal policies in your area. No limitations from our side.
It is accepted in any terminal or ATM with the MasterCard logo.
