When I bought the virtual card i can't load it keep saying user_not_active even I'm a verified member . sent a ticket with no answer . AdvCash support is the worst supp I've ever seen
Well after one week of waiting I must agree with you.
Have to agree, too. 11 days without any answer from the support.
Seems like I experience only troubles with advcash. It all began when I wanted to create my card and transfered the required amount for express shippping to my wallet. After trying several times, I asked the support, who stated that shipping is 99€ instead of 99$ (advertised on site), so I had to transfer a second time money to my account and had to wait longer for my card... But at this moment, support needed only 1 or 2 days to answer...
Second problem occoured, when I send the required copies of my documents and after a few days they were rejected by the support because I watermarked (transparrent letters) with my name, the actual date and "advcash", even when I deliberatly paid attention that my watermak was not placed on any relevant information. After the second email of me, and some days of waiting, support told me that I could place watermarks, but only on empty parts of the documents. I did the required and had to wait some days more the get veriefied.
After getting veriefied, I transfered about 8000€ in btc to my wallet. Afterwards, I tried to transfer 3k to my card (3k is the daily limit), but I was unable to do this. After playing with the prefernces, I was able to transfer 2500€ in 500€ steps, so i had to pay 5 times the fee of loading my card.
I wrote to the support but he did not react till now (11 days).
Even withdrawing the money, I was able to transfer to my card, was really stressfull. I wasnt able to withraw more than 500€ at a time and I wasnt able to withdraw more than 1000€ a day, even as a verified user.
Furthermore I wanted to tranfer about 5000€ in btc from my wallet. But the system didnt detect the right amount and credited only about 660€ to my wallet. So i missing about 4350€ on my wallet. Wrote to the support, but didnt get any answer, too.
Since this problems, I am completly unable to transfer any amount to my card...
Thats really not the way to deal with custumers, especially when offering financial services.
At the current moment I really hope that I will get an answer and that I will be able to withdraw the money I allready transfered to my account there.
Ticked numbers are 17929 for the problem with transfering funds to my card and 18017 for my undetected 4k...
