Be used to it. The market will never stay up all the time, it will eventually go down too so expect that you'll be definitely riding in a roller coaster. And with this type of current market, its always a challenge to stay patient as its the only way you'll survive and will still be profitable when the market turns bullish.
It is also important to keep our expectations at a realistic level, it is not rare for newbies to come to this market thinking they are going to become incredibly rich in a matter of weeks by investing just 10 dollars, and that is simply not going to happen, the days in which you could make such a small investment and obtain such high profits are gone, so the only way to obtain significant profits is to save enough money, invest in bitcoin and then hold those coins for long enough, if even one of those steps fails the chances you will get a lot of profits drops significantly.

Do not panic. The market price fluctuations are just normal because we are currently witnessing a bearish market scenario, and this will only be temporarily. If you want not to fall for losses, then do not sell your coins at a loss. Just stay calm and continue observing the market. Once the market falls for a deeper correction, always be smarter and take advantage to buy a lot of promising coins while the market allows you. Once the market turns into bullish, you can never do these things again.
The same goes when the market is going in the opposite direction. We should hold on and don't get too excited to sell because there might be more to come. There are still things that are also important to have other than to have a control. One of it is to become aware if what is going around you, like you need to watch out for the news or on the coin updates so that you will know if what to do before the price of the coin go on that direction you are suspecting.
Another one would be is to have a knowledge because when you are knowledgeable you will know if what are those coins that you must avoid and what are the coins that you should invest in.

I believe five years, spanning two strong bull seasons and the "bears" there in, since I got registered here is enough for someone like me to give counsel on this topic. My advice on that will be that those witnessing this market for the first time at this moment with all its brutal bearish movements should just sit on their hands and do nothing if they've reduced price value in their portfolios. If the investments are all in Bitcoin, just grab a pillow and have a sound sleep. Nothing is amiss. Price will bounce back. That I can assure anyone.

Market have it's bull and bear period, it matters which one fetch you more profit. If the market is getting to you, it's okay to take a break for a while. Do something non crypto related. If you read, you'd know that, history always repeats itself. It means that the market will rebound. And no matter what any bitcoin coach or guru out there will tell you about buying the dip, never loan money to do that. I'll say this another way- invest the money that you know you can afford to hodl.I can understand that for a newbie who is seeing a bear market for the first time, they must be panicking. because they surely think Bitcoin will
continue to fall and go to zero. Though the thought will not happen, I have been in the crypto world for a long time, I really believe the crypto market
will recover again. Because this is not the first time a bear market has happened, even the bear market that occurred in 2018 is much more frightening.
