Any advice from those who have been in crypto for a long time for those who are seeing this market for the first time?

if you are a beginner in this industry, I am sure you may be disappointed and you may not. Then in my experience of trading here in cryptocurrency, I saw that the market only works in the Bull and bear market and then when a coin like Bitcoin starts halving.

so if you witness that the market is falling that is the right opportunity or opportunity for you to have income in the future when the price rises in the market.

If newbie owns some crypto before this market dump happens, I advice to delete the centralized exchange app that he's using or avoid visiting its website. Ignore the fuds from different social media ang stay away from any crypto-related stuffs that will cause him to sell his assets at loss.

If he's a newbie who doesn't own any cryptocurrencies yet, then I would tell him this is the best opportunity to buy it because market is at its bottom. Hold it until the next market cycle then see his investment grow big.

Not your Keys, Not your Bitcoins
First of all hold your horses, step back, zoom out.
Then you might want to make a thorough analysis of your existing portfolio and personal finances. What are the funds you can allocate to investments? What are your goals from investing - maximising long-term account value or getting a steady passive income? What is your risk profile aka what is the maximum drawdown of your portfolio you digest on a monthly-yearly basis?

Only then you can make an educated decision on how much you are willing to invest in Bitcoin and at what price levels you will enter. If you have studied technical analysis you can come up with certain support/resistance levels where the price is more likely to hold. This way you can also minimize the swings of your portfolio - for example you can decide to sell your Bitcoin holdings if a certain level gets broken, but to apply that you need to be quite proficient at trading.

yeah so many guys above me said really great things, but believe me bro  Grin I am witnessing this bear market many times but sometimes I still get pain in the chest very hard  Grin Grin the best things is wait and be patience and try control your trade emotions  Cheesy

All traders will definitely feel disappointed every time a bear market comes, because the bear market always comes suddenly and no one thinks
the bear market will come and destroy the price of all coins. That is the crypto market which is very volatile and very difficult to predict, so we really
have to have careful preparation when deciding to jump into the crypto world. So that when bad things happen, we are better prepared to deal with it,
even though sometimes losses are unavoidable.

In the end, people who are experienced and have knowledge can overcome the coming bear market, still there must be a feeling of disappointment.
It must be admitted that it is easier to make a profit when a bull market, so it's natural that we are all disappointed and sad when the bear market
comes. The most important thing is that we still believe in the future of crypto and never give up if we experience losses. As you said the key is
how we control our emotions, because if our emotions are controlled, facing a bear market is not too painful.

Any advice from those who have been in crypto for a long time for those who are seeing this market for the first time?
The most important advice is not to panic if you see the market is volatile and prices are changing rapidly. If you panic, you will decide quickly to sell all your assets which is not always a solution. Keep calm, don't panic, try to find out what is going on in the market, and if possible, you can buy more at a lower price.

But this is difficult to do, considering beginners do not have enough experience to stay calm. But at the very least, they can keep trying to stay calm while analyzing the market as best they can.

Have the courage to learn everything about trading. From the basics to technical analysis and dealing with the changes that could happen in every market season. It will be a long process of learning before you adapt everything so you have to make sure that you like doing trading and you're passionate about it.
Make sure to handle your emotions because the volatility of the market might give you hundreds of emotions so you must be well prepared for the possibilities. Learn how to get rid of greed and only invest what you can afford to lose. Be ready to face mistakes and learn from them.

The best advice for beginners at such times is that you have to learn a lot about trading before you start practically, you also have to be patient, you also have to learn capital management, when you see the markets in such a bearish state, you should not panic and you have to learn patience and hold your coins properly Safe in your wallet until you get the right price, the worst thing for a trader is impatient and panic selling so you have to control your emotions well, these times are the best times to buy so you can buy now and hold it in your wallet while you learn to trade well in this time you are Waiting for the market to rise.

Any advice from those who have been in crypto for a long time for those who are seeing this market for the first time?
Go read Bitcoin's white paper if you haven't done that , to properly understand the purpose of Bitcoin.
Go through Bitcoin's historical data to understand previous bulls and bears market.
Research about Bitcoin's cycle which involves halving after every four years.
Bitcoin is not a get rich quick business , so if you want to be profitable you must hold BTC for at least 4 years for it has not failed long term investors.
Always buy with proper DCA when you're stacking stats.

Patience will help a lot in this situation. It may have been repeatedly said but it is the only way.
You cannot force it when there's really nothing that can be done. Just like what happened when the last bear came. It went below $3k if my memory serves me correctly, you'll get mad just thinking about how far it went down but at the end of the day, you cannot do anything about it.
Perhaps if you have some spare money or you sold at the peak, you can use that to just pile up more cryptocurrencies that are trusted and just wait for another pump to come.
In a type of market that is so much volatile and unpredictable, patience will certainly create an advantage. Lucky are those who can endure the long term bearish market while seeing their investments falling, because they can be big winners when the market gradually turns bullish. However, for those who easily leave the market because they can’t endure the losses and resort into panic selling, regretting will always be seen in the end.

Winding down.
Any advice from those who have been in crypto for a long time for those who are seeing this market for the first time?
Just stay calm and patient, and monitor the market closely because once the price drops more, it means a bigger opportunity is waving. And do DCA when buying since it’s the safest strategy to use not to lose in this dumping market. And never invest in altcoins more than bitcoin, since the more the market dumps, the higher the chances for new altcoins not to survive in the market. Always prioritize bitcoin, knowing it’s the best asset in the crypto market that gives us the best and huge profits.

Stick to the long term planning. There is no way one can survive through this bearish market and for that reason one can only come up with two strategies: Either you hold what you already have OR secondly you buy more assets at the discounted rates. The legends will follow both mantras and go highly profitable once the market starts breaking out from the bearish trend.

As with the bitcoin case, the market always been up and down. Yes, it has also fallen with same ratio as it did currently. 60-70% down, we have been there so just sit back and follow above advices.

- Invest but always DYOR rather then under the influence of someone else

for beginners what you mention is very important. but the most difficult I guess is the last point.
very minimal beginners with knowledge. some even just hope their investment will turn into a profit in a short time. Therefore, seeing or following other people's advice is very often done by beginners.
it's not recommended, but if you want to follow other people's advice, I think it's mandatory for those we know and have indeed succeeded in investing or trading.

Learn from your mistakes. Be consistent.
Even though this is your first, I believe you will learn a lot or already learned. If you are still here for the long term, you will be able to use those learnings in the future and become ready for the next different situations.
I remember before last 2017-2018 market when it was my first time too and yeah it really hurts, I lost too much. But when the market started to recover last year, I applied my learnings and become profitable.

Any advice from those who have been in crypto for a long time for those who are seeing this market for the first time?
Invest on your knowledge first and don’t rush in the market.
I know its bear and you might feel the FOMO but better not to rush and keep analyzing first. This bear market might take more time before it recovers so you still have time to study. Newbies should buy established coin first or the top projects so you can still have the assurance that it will rise again. I was once a newbie and made some mistakes before, I believe you have to learn from those mistakes in order for you to become more successful. Don’t feel any FOMO, just stay on your course and know when to buy and sell.

Any advice from those who have been in crypto for a long time for those who are seeing this market for the first time?

My advice is simple, don't expect too much in crypto. I can give you sunshine but crypto can give you thunderstorms as well. Before entering any market, you should learn to make a research first about the coin, about their roadmap, plans, strategies, use case and also better if you will learn different jargon related to trading, also prepare your emotional and mental health, trading can give you breakdown in your first few years.
I guess that explains all. Also, do not invest in crypto for quick profits because it takes first a lot of hardwork and wise moves in the market before you can be profitable. And only invest on the amount you can afford to lose, as the crypto market is not all about profiting, but you also have to endure a lot of losses before you can learn your own strategies, and having good strategies do not still guarantees that you'll be profitable already. The fact is, you have to learn in crypto the hard way.

Any advice from those who have been in crypto for a long time for those who are seeing this market for the first time?
Always know that the crypto market do not stay up always, it will also stay low and create price decline. But the good thing about is, whatever the condition of the market, it has always its own opportunities to earn and become profitable so always act rightly.

In times when the market is very bearish and you witness all the coins are in low prices, don't over react. That's part of the bearish market. The only challenge you have to overcome is to survive in this market condition and it will only be possible if you chose to stay calm and patient, and just keep on buying even when the market gets deeper.
