Bad idea, you don't must be listen to it if isn't presented with information about that's new altcoin. Even if I was told to choose, better I invest in old altcoins the reason being that they already have an x value, means they can hit new values again in another years. New altcoins if it's just a momentary hype better stay away, you can lose if you don't find the right time to sell.
We're in the bearish situation right now and to be honest, not all altcoins especially new projects can survive this season. Some of them might crash and will never recover again so it's better to invest in old and well-established coins that have been through different market situations because they can resist this bear season. Investing in new and weak altcoins will be too risky so if you seek assurance, better be sure with stronger coins.

If you are familiar to high risk high reward, You are doing that when investing on new project because typically volatility was very high on new project token since there’s still hype on investment and there’s no established price about the valuation of the token. So you literally gambling on buying a token which you don’t know if it will still rise or burn down to the ground.
It’s true that you can get more profit on it but expect that you can get more loss on it too. No pain no gain on this kind of token.

It can be both bad and good, depends on perspective.
I would suggest don’t go for ICOs and IEOs or tokens, rather go for coins that are listed in popular exchanges.
Else investing in these shitty tokens will not help other than scamming your money.
Moreover I would suggest to go for coins with great marketcap,as these are the coins that have potential to grow.

New projects can bring huge profits even x1000, but to find it is not easy, I would say that it is almost impossible, finding the gem is like predicting the bitcoin price tomorrow. Secondly, if you invest in a new project that may have a 1000% return, you may also receive a 1000% risk return. So think carefully before deciding.
One more thing, you can ask the person who told you these things, did they make a lot of money from new projects or did they just hear from other people.

This is a horrible idea, now it is true you can make more money with new altcoins than with established altcoins but that is only one small part of the equation, the majority of the new altcoins that you see being released each day will collapse without giving any profits at all, so you will need to have a tremendous amount of skill or luck to select the coin that will skyrocket while its price is still that low, and since most people cannot do that then the advice given to you by that stranger needs to be disregarded, as you simply have no way to profit from those new coins.
Any project within top 20 on the coinmarketcap during this bear market is good to buy hence some tokens were down half the price from their original price during the bull seasons. If you willing to risk it and of course that risk is all worth it when the market recover in full scale.

It was you who could decide but to tell you that the majority of these new projects can't be trusted. Though I few of them are legit but can't say they are sustainable and reliable projects for long-term investment as many of them are just about to die after the accumulation and hype. I don't want you to believe and be fooled by those sweet promises as they are likely scams. Research is vital but I suggest you take a look at old projects rather than these new things.
you have to make your strategy for investment and risk management plan. blockchain is a new technology so there is huge project which is never gonna be work. that's why bear market is good . it will give us the idea which project will be work in the future . so right now it's not a good time to invest in a new project . but if you understand the project fundamental very well & you are sure this will sustain in future you can invest . it will give you much more return then bitcoin.

That's not necessarily because there is no guarantee that the new project can provide better returns than the old project.If you can figure out which new projects might explode upon release, you'll make a big profit, but if you don't, you'll run the risk of holding on for longer.
Investing in any project will have risks, depending on how you can control them.
Only use the money you can afford to lose if you want to invest.

Of course since they are cheap, you can get 10x or higher with altcoins. Problem is which altcoin? as most of them are just meme or shitcoin so it's really hard to pick which one, it's like looking a needle in a haystack. And I would say that you have some element of luck too to be able to invest early on this good and solid altcoins and then make money out of it, in the future. So yeah it could be true, but it's not that easy. So for me the best thing is to just invest of solid altcoins in the top 10 and then wait for the next bull run in 2024-2025.

It is both right and wrong, which is both good and bad. I see that the project is also new here. It is not the criterion by which we make judgments. In the small aspect that we talk about trending projects, they will increasingly lose viability. in the market. That is not a better idea, because while it may work and you may make a very large profit when the market recovers, the risk is very high because you don't know anything about the project, and many people have not heard of it for reputation reasons. It is better to invest in an already known project that has a price drop due to the bear market, as there is a good chance of recovering after the bear market ends. I think it's a very bad idea because the new altcoin of the new project is a product that really needs more marketing and also promotion to become famous so the potential for profit is very little when compared to the old altcoins that already have value in the market. Just imagine with the current conditions when creating a new product to be known by many people, of course it is very difficult, right? So it's better for you to just choose an old altcoin that already has value such as ETH, BNB, and also others that are clearly good.

Not just any new altcoins but the ones that have something to offer. although sometimes you can find new alts with so much hype a good investment, some investors are easily influence by hype of a project and can lead to such project to be successful even with no real potential. Thus, you should be careful with new projects, some can be profitable and others can be a pain.

I myself do not agree with this statement which is still not necessarily true.the new project does not yet have certainty about what will happen in the future because it is still in the process of developing and marketing the project.
when compared to old altcoins that already have clear value, new projects still have a very small or even uncertain possibility of being able to get a better profit.
