I think that the tokens earned by the bounty hunters through their own labor have the right to choose the timing of the sale. If the project party is worried that the price will drop, then you can choose to pay the equivalent value of Ethereum or Bitcoin instead of hoping others not to sell.
Agree. That would be great for bounty hunters for them to be paid in ethereum or bitcoin. However, that will be the dilemma for the developer because they will be obliged to use their money for the payment. Paying the hunters with their token is much better for them.

Your advice is like telling all users who hold bitcoin not to sell it. If no one sells bitcoin, it will only go up and down. But it's against economic law. All your Suggestions will not be accepted by all bounty hunters.

Unfortunately, many do so and even in the red market and do not think about the fact that when the market goes up, they will be able to earn more. Unfortunately, many do not have the opportunity not to film immediately, as I understand, many need money urgently, this is the whole problem

I think TS is quiet right. As wide and generous bounty company is as more influence on the price bounty hunters have. I understand that most of hunters are "professionals" and have a lot of Accounts and totaly don't mind Will they get 3$ or 6$ per 1 company, but for ICO investors it is X2 difference on their investment and capitalization (=success) of the project (most of time it is X2 down Cry ).

So i think bounty hunters are also in debt in front of project community and coins price. And i think it would be fair to lock bounty tokens for a couple month after ICO to not dump the price on its first exchange.

One more thing unfortunately projects pay less and less for bounties if they worry about their coin's future (are not Just scam) and price (don't plan Just pump&dump)

This is true of most of the bounty hunters. They dump their coins once the reward of their effort is sent to their wallet. The worst most of us will not wait for the real exchange we just rush to Etherdelta or forkdelta and dump and collect pea-nut. If only we can hold and wait.

The bounty tokens earned by the bounty hunters are rewards from their hard work. We cant tell them what they must do with their tokens, it is all up to them. In my case, I hold my coins for a while before selling.

I agree with your central point but you have to realize it is not as black and white as it seems when it comes to plainly "dumping" your bounty tokens. A lot of people in third world countries or better put, countries in development, depends on bounty hunting which is an essence of their survival and via "dumping" they are able to put food on their table. But ye, it would be ideal and optimal to hold tokens, its just not an option for a lot of mentioned folks.

We can't blame bounty hunters. The low price of tokens are not only dumped by bounty hunters. The investors will also see if the project not realistic after investment, they will sell at low price too. sometimes if the tokens are already distributed to the bounty hunters and already on the exchangers list they tend to sell them because of the tokens they get from the bounty, this is the beginning of the mistake. The tokens start price in exchnage is sometime too low too.

In fact, this is the right of everyone to dispose of their coins, but personally I hold the opinion to hold their considerable term!

Bounty hunters help to expose ICOs to crypto related audience to attract investors for the project. No matter how promising the project may be, if the ICO fails, the project won't see the light of the day. Bounty hunters are very important in ICOs. But there is one thing am not happy about bounty hunters. They usually dump their coins at any price the moment it is listed on an exchage which usually drops the price of the coin even below the ICO price putting the investors at a disadvantage. I want to advise the hunters to hold their bounty tokens for a while in order to maintain a good price for the coin. We shouldn't forget we are all stakeholders
I think this does not affect the price of coins dropped by bounty hounter. because the number of coins or tokens earned by the bounty is not as big as the investor has, so I think even though the price down will definitely return to the highest position in some time when the market has improved.

My advice to all bounty hunters is that keep on sharing and posting all about the ICO and the campaign to earn bounty token and that token you should hold it a little longer until the price is high and then you convert it.

I love your advice brother. Some investors are even canvassing that icos be banned or token locked for months. The advice I give to project managers is to pay bounty hunters in eth so as to secure the value of their tokens.

Complete agreement. Indeed, it will be better for project managers and for the project itself. It's just really just one of the reasons we're told that the project failed after it went public. 1-4 percent will not affect the total mass of tokens. In addition, this process can be regulated by completely different methods.

I advise not to fall into the scam projects, not to participate in too much bounty, not to participate in social networks. I do it myself.

yes I agree, the success of ICO is dependent on the bounty hunter and the investors who are interested in the project but many of the bounty hunters who sell their tokens after distribution so that the price drops because there are some who make bounty as income so they immediately need money for their needs

when looking at the market are many gift hunters selling their token because the price is very high but on the other hand it also becomes an opportunity for investors to double their coins when the price is cheaper than the ICO price and sell it at a higher price because they know better about the project good and worthwhile

I strongly agree that hunters hold their gift tokens for a while in order to maintain a good price for the coins. We must not forget that we are all stakeholders. so when we want the project to be successful do not sell at a low price.

This is what every bounty hunter is expected know, yet some will still go ahead to dump. I think the dump of tokens by bounty hunters might not be stoppable, although, the rate seems to have reduced. I think we need to be realistic sometimes. If we refuse to dump, buyers will be forced to increase their prices.

it is always advisable to hold your tokens not only to bounty hunters but also to investors too. As it always help for project growth but most of the bounty hunters sold their tokens immediately after listing on exchange. they need to understand the importance of the holding in growth of the project. only one project can make you rich if you hold it for good time.
