We have 5 teams from Africa: Ghana, Cameroon, Morocco, Tunisia and Senegal.
The draw that was made today put Ghana, Morocco and Tunisia in awkward position, maybe the worst situation is for Tunisia. Morocco and Ghana could try their luck to pass that stage.
Cameroon group isn't that easy but they might achieve something.
Senegal in group A could pass without big hassle, their group isn't that impossible.

If they really will play the match again, then it would be really falsifying the tournament.

Algeria lost out like other contesting countries in the qualifiers like Nigeria and Egypt did and could not make it through. Algeria will have to stop buzzing the media with any allegations of match cheating. Team and players will have to go back to the roots and prepare for the next world up. If all countries that participated in the qualifiers begin to rise to complain of bad officiating it means Africa football will look largely corrupted and like something newcomers can play with. No one can  win all the time. Lack of preparation is the numbers one cause of failure in life. And that is what caused some those countries the qualification.
I quite agree with what you said, because indeed this is not very good for them too if they continue to dispute this right because this is finished in my opinion.
they didn't qualify means they they weren't very good in qualifying and they should improve on that instead of blaming the referee I think.
well now it's over and they have to forget this and get back to strategy for the future

In the world cup draw today i was looking out to see the groups that the African representatives; Senegal, Cameroon and Ghana fall into and who they will start their play against. Senegal if they can maintain their momentum may most likely win or pick a draw in their first game against Netherlands and may qualify for the knockout stage, Cameroon may most likely win against Switzerland and may qualify...the most difficult game for them in that group will be against Brazil.

As for the black stars, it starts really tough for them going against Ronaldo and the likes of Jota...I can't see how they can manage to win that game, if they can even come up with a draw, it will be as a result of Portugal's inability to score, not as a result of their defence efficiency. It's a really tough group for Ghana playing against Portugal, Uruguay and Korea. I don't see them being able to qualify for the knockout phase, it is just as you said,
Egypt would have been more OK to qualify than the Ghanaian team.

I am sorry to say this, I am not a racist but I have seen this issue in plenty pitch. African teams play real football but the issue is the referees in the world cups. Just like what happened in the match between Nigeria and Argentina in 2018 world cup.

2022 world cup has come again, I pray that this time, the white referees should do well. And Africa has produced and prepare it  five (5) teams in the tournament.
Ghana
Cameroon
Morocco
Tunisia
Senegal.

These teams, I am expecting Morocco to top the league. Nigeria which the expectation of must the people to qualify for the world cup Qatar qualifiers, 2022 was disqualified with home away. So, all predictions and odds are on Morocco.

Mistakes like this are part of football (hopefully in the past due to the introduction of VAR) I don't see the point in dragging racism into it. Everyone has their own opinion and everyone will look some reason (of wrong or right decision), for example, I remember how in the match France - Portugal the ball hit the hand of the Portuguese and thanks to this penalty, France went further, and Figo said that the referees judge against small countries. It was in the semi-finals of the 2000 European Championship and thanks to this very controversial penalty, France reached the final where they took the title.

What he would have played immediately second half began is Osimen, Ighalo and Sadiq. There was no how we wouldn't have gotten another goal.

Austin Eguavoen thinks coaching is jumping up and down and shouting instructions to players on the pitch. He does not understand that technical drawing is part of it. Maybe he sees foreign coaches when they draw on papers and think they are only drawing players for Fine and applied Art class and that they are wasting their time. All members of that bench should be sacked. I discovered he was not capable to handle the Eagles when we lost to handicapped Tunisia at the AFCON.

African football has been suspected of corruption which i honestly think is true i think many falsified results were noted not only in these last world cup qualifications that is why we don't see african teams making good results in the world cup and most of the time they get eliminated in the group phase i think this time will be the same, except for senegal who seem to have a solid team.

BTC, a coin of today and tomorrow.
players like Lookman etc shouldn't have been started cis they know less about the rivalry and history between this two countries.
What has the history between Ghana and Nigeria got to do with who will play in the pitch in the matche. Were they there for History quiz competition? I do not understand your point and I will like you to explain in full what you meant by that statement.
Lookman didn't also perform poorly, the major mistake is that there were many options for the coach but he didn't use them well. That second match shouldn't have featured Simon Moses even in the second half because Nigeria was not playing wing football because of the injury of Chukwueze. What he would have played immediately second half began is Osimen, Ighalo and Sadiq. There was no how we wouldn't have gotten another goal.

When would African football grow, this is so sad.

This isn't about Africa football growing but fans controlling themselves. We also experience same kind of behavior from western fans. Haven't you seen clips of fans obstructing clubs games through violent behaviors. In Africa hardly will you see any one running into the field even though we have some big names in club/international football. Atleast our crazy comes after the game and not during the game. I'm not justifying the action of the fans but fans will always be fans.

Watch the European games and you'll see racist chanting and all sorts of recism but you won't find that among the African fans even though we have our differences. Nigeria fans reacting the way they did, is due to the frustration in the county and not that match itself. Many people came over so they can have some kind of break (happiness) from all that's happening in the country but our national team also disappointed us.
+1 my neighbor postponed his travel plans to be able to watch that match live in the stadium. A lot was banking on the match, like you said  it wasn’t a hundred percent about football, Nigerians needed something to take the burden off their shoulders and experience a brief moment of happiness and pride. We only get this kind of relief in entertainment, football, big brother show, talent shows. This is the only time we can forget about the troubles caused by government.

The country Nigeria has been poor in all Ramifications in the past four to six years.
This few was really poor and it led us to damnation, I'm deeply pained at times but what can we do, if we try to they'll kill us a military running government claiming democrats.
It's good thing, let's learn from it though and they should represent us well at the world Cup, congratulations Ahead

Senegal fans displayed a recalcitrant behavior in the game against Egypt which they eventually won. The game was a difficult one, I blamed senefal fans for the defeat of Egypt. They pointed green lights lasers on the faces of Egyptian players during the penalty shootouts. FIFA should fine and sanction the Senegal team for the violation of the rules by their fans. Senegal came out victorious after the penalty shootouts with a 3-1 Win over Egypt. Senegal have successfully sealed a place in Qater world cup

This is how it should be, you have to show agression frommtje start to the end of the game.
Congratulations to them.as they have moved to represent Africa , African Champions at the world Cup.
I'm pretty sure they'll have a good time their and bring glory back to Africa.

though it was a unpleasant decision by the Senegal fans, they go against the law. Pointing green laser's at the face of the Egyptian players was a substandard decision, a ironic act they shouldn't have act in such manner, I think they deserve a sanction the football federation's needs to look into it.

Algeria apparently wants to have replayed the game against Cameroon. According to Algeria's management and players, bad decisions have been made by the arbitration. Unsportsmanlike? I think the committee will leave it at that and not let the game be replayed. Algeria should have just finished it at home, they had already won 0-1 away. If they really will play the match again, then it would be really falsifying the tournament.

A lot of people are complaining about Senegal fans using laser, it seems like most of you guys forgot that Egypt also used it in the first leg of the qualifier, although it's illegal to use it, and some folks are calling for rematch, quite funny though, I'm happy Senegal qualified, Sadio Mane especially, and Senegal has a lot of top players playing in big teams and they play good football, in my opinion they are the only team among the African nations who will exceed probably to the Semi finals

Yes they're our best bet in the competition, Egypt can't progress with their style of play. It only worked against Africa teams became they don't have very offensive players with that much quality that can cause mistakes from defenders. As for the rematch, that won't be happening, the Egyptian are forgetting this is African football and things happen differently here.  We have one of the most craziest fans, haven't they seen the video form the Nigerian game as fans express their anger.

Mo Salah could have easily protested and the penalty will be delay until those responsible for that offense will be caught and apprehended but no he didn't. Not trying to justify the actions of the senagal fans but what gas happened has happened, Egypt has lost and they should accept that and go back to the drawing board.

I think if it was possible for the two teams to qualify they really deserve it, the two matches they played as of recent are very interesting, the qualifier also looks like a final match, both teams played fantastic football but unfortunately only one team can qualify
Mo Sallah was very confident that he would score I was expecting him to play the last penalty but it seems like the Egyptian trusted him to score after senegal had lost their first penalty, unfortunately Sallah disappointed them, Egypt would have been more OK to qualify than the Ghanaian team

Big names like Salah, Mahrez, Hakimi and Ziyech all failed nto qualify nfor the World Cup.
The deed has already been done, all Africans should support them follow African's ahead and let go of whatever beef they had.

Hakimi and ziyech are playing for morroco national team and they are qualified for world cup. What happened in these matches of qualifications is not acceptable we saw how the conditions effected egypte national team from the beginning of the match we saw how senegal fans used illegal lisers bothering egypt players especially in penalties, and i believe that egypt has always opened a dispute with fifa against this.
Also the same story with algeria when the referee canceled a legit goal for algeria and didn't give them a penalty as well. While he counted an unfair goal for cameroon.

It's such a pity to see African football hasn't still gotten organized even till this level. The first leg game between Nigeria and Ghana saw Ghana allowing more can than the stadium capacity could hold, and knowing how Intense the game could go is like sitting on a ticking bomb, and the second leg saw fans of the home thing erupting into a catastrophic raid, that saw the destruction of property and few injured, also Senegal versus Egypt match was very much similar if not worse.
When would African football grow, this is so sad.
