Today, as Nigeria hosts Ghana in their final World Cup qualifier, we hope the Super Eagles of Nigeria bring a smile to our faces. The first leg was played in Kumasi, Ghana, and finished in a draw, so if Nigeria's Super Eagles can win today, it will be a huge boost to their chances of qualifying for the World Cup in 2022. However, if Ghana wins, Nigeria's Super Eagles will be disqualified from the 2022 World Cup.

Judging from Nigeria's first match, it will be difficult to break Ghana's defense and it is very likely that we will see a draw again and extra time and maybe even a penalty shootout. But I would like the fate of this confrontation to be decided in the game, and not in the "lottery". I wonder if Egypt will be able to keep the minimal lead they got in the first game. I think Egypt should play to win even here because it is too risky to try to keep the score of the first leg. Senegal is a strong team and will most likely be able to score at least one goal.

Today's match between Nigeria and Ghana will be very rough like what North African teams are known for. I do not like how the match is hosted in Abuja. Nigeria should have taken the match to Uyo stadium as we are often lucky there. Am very scared now to even watch today's match because anything can happen on the pitch. The game can go either way. I do not know whether there is going to be an advantage for Nigeria with the 60,000 capacity stadium as against the 40,000 in Kumasi.

I believe if Nigerian players put out the same performance and zeal on the last week's first leg in Ghana that got Nigeria a draw then we can be sure to take the advantage but Nigerian players have a way of dashing your hopes when you expect better game from them. Anyway, we are still going to try and watch the match. I saw a circular from the Nigerian civil service informing all ministry to close by 1 pm to enable spetactors go watch the match and also 20,000 naira rebate for flight was given. This is serious but I don't know how serious the players will turn out.

After the first matches we know that we still don't know anything:) For sure, Algeria and Tunisia, who won 1-0 on away matches, are in a favorable position. However, it is not enough for these teams to be sure of a promotion. Certainly, the rematches promises to be very interesting.

Nigeria - Ghana
Senegal versus Egypt is also unpredictable, it can be a no goal match, but I am just guessing. Egypt may want to defend while Senegal would attack. About Nigeria versus Ghana, the Nigerian government and NFF procure 20000 tickets to super eagles fans, also Nigeria federal government have said workers should close by 1pm (GMT +1) today to be able to watch the match. Let us see if Nigeria football players playing with Ghana will make these worth it today.

Ghana vs Nigeria first leg meeting ended with the score 0-0 while Egypt vs Senegal ended for Egypt 1-0 victory, it will be an interesting match in the second leg where Senegal will definitely go all out at least they can score first at least they can leveling up to extra time or a penalty shoot-out if that happens.where in the Nigeria vs Ghana match I feel that Nigeria will win the game at least by a one goal margin to take them to Qatar this season, considering the ground performance under Otto Addo was so poor in qualifying phase and maybe it can be used by the super eagle team to keep their tradition going to the four-year competition

Nigeria vs Ghana

During the first leg at Kumasi, I really expected Nigeria to win despite that they were the visiting side. But I was disappointed when they played draw and the match was dominated by the black stars despite that Nigeria came with a complete and good team. The only missing player was Ndidi.

For the fact we don't have Ndidi, our squad isn't complete. If you watch Nigeria games you'll understand how vital Ndidi is in the midfield. Ghana was operating through the wings in the first half. The Ghanian player at the wings were able to go pass the Nigerian wing backs and crossing the ball into the penalty box. The only issue Ghana had was they lacked finishers. Assuming they had that then Nigeria would had been at a great disadvantage playinuthe  second leg.

Assuming Ndidi was fit, we would had dominated the game from the midfield but that wouldn't be the case. Nigeria winning this game would just be luck and home advantage been on our side. Ghana won't tame it easy on Nigeria, they know if they sit back Nigeria will pressure them into making a mistake and capitalized on it, just as they almost did in the first leg that a penalty was almost gotten.

The returning match at Abuja, I am very afraid because it is the same thing and even I heard that another midfielder is injured. I don't have believe in Nigeria team because they disappointed me. Nigeria has better players than Ghana for this match but I don't know what is happening.

I have to say the first leg was not really interesting in my opinion. I actually don't mind a match ending in a draw but I at least want to see some goals in that match. attempts were made but both teams were unsuccessful. The second leg is going to be really important for both teams as that is going to be the decider.

Tomorrow match Senegal was very strong at home against Egypt who have good defence i think this is interesting match because win 1-0 is not enough for Egypt to secured their position went to world cup and in my view since in the beginning of first half Senegal will playing attacking to pushing early goals but Egypt will focus to their defence and playing rely on counter attack and so far Egypt good for that strategy especially they have very fast players such as Moh Salah

I still think that Egypt is going to come out as the winners because they are obviously the better team in this match for me.
I really hope that they make the strategies around Muhammad Salah because he is the best player in the squad. and if he gets going, Senegal will not be able to do much to stop him.

Actually there isn't a single game that could be predicted here lol. Morocco seems to be the favourite imo especially that they are playing home. Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia have 1 goal advantage, I expect their games to be annoying with much defensive play.
Nigeria - Ghana is a very difficult game as you pointed, I expect Nigeria to qualify too but I won't be surprised of the outcome of any of these matches for real.
I expected Nigeria to defeat Ghana too, but the problem is that Ghana oppressed Nigeria in kumasi were they played their first leg, so for Ghana not win at their home it will be very difficult for them to win Nigeria at their home, but their is no assurance that Nigerian will win Ghana because of their previous performance

Egypt will definitely win again in this LEG 2, this match brings together teammates at Liverpool (mane and salah). another match, Nigeria must win because if they lose, their hopes will disappear. in the first leg, ghana performed well but we don't know the result in this 2nd leg, even though Nigeria is the host in this 2nd leg.

Algeria - Cameroon

with the change of coach by Cameroon we can expect Cameroon to lose the game

Coach does not go to the pitch and play ball, coaches always give instructions in football, so since the players haven't been changed or swap to another, i don't think Algeria can win Cameroon, from Africa world cup, is very okay that Cameroon performance was absolutely okay, so it is same players who is going to face Algeria, even though their is no coach they will win or they draw the match

Coach don't Really change performance totally,  the kind of players playing the game will determine if the game will be won or not. I doubt if Algeria will be able to defeat Cameroon.  Cameroon have good and tough players than Algeria. I rate Cameroon as one of the good teams in africa. Cameroon has been consistent in good performance.

Senegal will defeat Egypt 2:1 to let them know that, they  won the last match by mistakes which they will not allow such mistakes to happen again. In their last match the players later changed the game with Egypt at 75 minutes to make sure the game end up draw but Egypt players never allow them to draw the match which later ended up in the favour of Egypt.

Algeria vs Cameroon  will be a strong battle for both teams but Cameroon will not allow Algeria to win the match because their new coach is fully ready to achieve the victory from the game.

Nigeria vs Ghana,  i believe Nigeria will use home advantage to win the match because their coach will do everything possible to prove to their citizens that he is well prepared to help the team to achieve victory.

Here are the latest odds:
Senegal - Egypt 1.88/2.95/4.8
Odds for qualification are Senegal 2.7 / Egypt 1.4
Senegal is clearly favored by the bookmakers for this game, but Egypt has the win of the first leg in their pocket. Senegal will have to play offensive and score goals themselves. This will be an interesting game.

Nigeria - Ghana 2.1/2.8/4.2
Odds for qualification are Nigeria 1.72 / Ghana 2.0
Difficult to predict, it depends how Nigeria finds into the game

Morocco - DR Congo 1.57/3.7/6.25
Odds for qualification are Morocco 1.2 / Congo 4.0
Off all games this has the clearest odds in favor of Morocco. Anything else than a win of Morocco and their qualification would be a surprise.

Algeria - Cameroon 2.0/3.0/4.2
Odds for qualification are Algeria 1.18 / Cameroon 4.25
I didn't expect Cameroon to lose the first leg. They need a miracle to turn this around. Algeria disappointed at the Africa Cup, but it seems they'll make their way to the World Cup.

Tunisia - Mali 2.55/2.8/3.1
Odds for qualification are Tunisia 1.25 / Mali 3.55
The most open game (considering the odds). Tunisia with the advantage of the win in the first leg should be able to go through and qualify though.

If I had to pick bets, I would go for Morocco wins @1.57. Most others games look very close and unpredictable. In general I think we can expect a few more goals than in the first leg, but goal numbers have been traditionally very low in the African games anyway.

This time nigeria will end up defeating Ghana. In the last match the reason why nigeria didn't win the game it because they were not having enough fans to ginger them to perform very well . But this time around they will definitely get victory.
