I haven't joined bounties in 2017 but in 2018. And there is not much in them now.

Alot of bounty hunters saying that this has been the worst year and it was much better in 2017 and the problem is the number of participants has increased big time and because of that there is nothing much left in bounties now.

Is it true ? and if it is then the participants are going to grow even more in the coming years so that means the bounties will drop further. And if this happens then what will be the future of the bounty hunters and with that what will be the future of cryptos ?
But for me this hasn't been too bad compared to the previous few years, not 2017. We all know that 2017 is the fame of the bounty hunters because it is supported by a good market situation, it is an attraction for the new bounty hunters for the following and yet unfortunately what they face is not in line with expectations. Only hard workers can survive.

I think and hope that 2019 will put everything in its place. So, you just have to wait. Be patient and hope that everything will be fine. After all, the market should when not be restored.

It seems to me that the best years for bounty were until 2017. Since there were few participants and large earnings. Bounty will not die, but we will not see the bounty of the campaign in the form in which they were before.

I doubt that bounties will be gone just because of the negative situation in the market. Many new projects are being released every week despite of the negative outcomes that the projects nowadays are having and it includes the bounties behind the projects. People are still participating and it makes sense to not worry that bounty programs will instantly die. Be patient for now and wait for things to be turned positive.

Actually that may be not true because you know in 2017 hardcaps more less than 2018. So in 2018  you remember easily too many icos collected more than 30 40m dollar. So it means if investors will increase more in the future hardcaps also will increase following that. so i think bounties will not die because of huge bounty hunters amount.

That is indeed true that the bounty in 2018 isn't as good as in 2017. that also because the price of most cryptocurrency are dropping. What can we do now is hoping that it would recover again, so the bounty campaign will also giving  a good result for any of the participants.

I hope that bountie campaigns will not die and we will have something from them for a long time to come.
Bounties have brought a lot of people to crypto and it would be a shame if that were over.

The bounties will not die, a bounty campaign has been in place before entering in 2017 but maybe the enthusiasm will not be as much as in 2017 and 2018.

Yes, bounties were a lot more profitable last year.
But it's not because bounties have gone bad, it's just that the whole market is bad.
In particular, ICOs have basically done terribly this year, in fact, you can say that the ico market is pretty much dead.

So if the market is down and ICOs do bad, then of course, the value of the coin you earned will be close to nothing.
Then, you add in the ones that straight up fail and it has been a frustrating year.
I hae seen people try and make up for this by mass joining tons of bounties, but this contributes to the problem more.

The best thing to do is to adapt.  If there isn't that much profit to be had in bounties, then spend less time doing them and seek out other ways to boost your portfolio.
Crypto is such a fast moving market that unless you can roll with the punches you will be left behind.

I don't think ICOs will fully die, the current situation where investors are moving away from ICOs will surely make those ICOs that are not potentially significant in the future will greatly affected. Those ICOs that are really great and with excellent team will survive. At least from this situation, investors are somehow enlightened not just to invest but to make due diligence.

2018 is definitely worse for bounty hunters, but that is expected,as 2018 is so far one big bear market,so that is expected.I think that even bigger problem than number of bounty hunters(that can easily be solved by setting cap on maxiumum amount of participants) is the fact that bounty campaigns goe on for 4-5 monthsas ICos are extended due bad market situation, and even when they are listed, dump happens.

I really hope they not as I have so limited time for bounties and lately I'm trying at least to stay into 1 bounty until it ends it. Recently I got into AeN Token because I think that the porn industry it will always be in a huge expand no matter what.

The bounty campaign won't just disappear, because many ICO projects will need a bounty hunter to succeed in their project, but in my opinion one day the bounty regulations will be more difficult than now, actually the bounty participants are few if you are curious, mostly bounty campaign participants often cheating to get more tokens even though cheating is strictly prohibited

I'm sure that bounty campaign will not rest and will continue to take more and more participants. Now the projects are looking for any ways to find investors and I think will start to increase rewards for hunters.

Bounties are still a big and popular thing and I am sure they won't die anytime soon. Many people are still interested by the bounties. It is just a matter of time until the market goes up again.
yes ... at least we don't panic with the issue and a number of fuds.
but Plan B must still be prepared, don't feel calm with 1 plan.
I'm still sure the bounty will always live.

I didn't take part in the bounty in 2017. Started work in 2018. But I used to select project after good research. SO far now I got what I had contributed. Not the bad thing. If we blindly join any project then we have to face the problem. Instead of contributing in the good project much better even if you don't get more money.
I think, for now no one knows whether the bounties will die now or the time to come because predicting the bounties that will die is very difficult and so now it is better if we invest in the long term and wait for everything to stabilize

Since the market slump in at the beginning of 2018, bounties have definitely been the same again and haven't been profitable like it used to be in the past. But bounties cannot die, as it's a veritable tool for publicizing an ICO. So bounties are still very much in play.
Market slumping is a general thing for the whole market and it does not in any way affect bounties as the case would be. This is a space that is growing every single day and the chances of seeing more ICOs popping up will always be there and we know generally how adverts can be quite expensive when going through the other channels which is one of the reasons why I believe campaigns will keep being a very great option when it comes to cheaper ways of putting the project out to possible investors.

However, we can see the bounty space getting overly saturated anyway and the chances of getting something substantial from it as we move on may be a bit hard actually.

Last year was the best year for bounties I've joined only in the last quarter of 2017, and maximum it was only 3 bounties , yet I  received 1000 of dollars and I was active in airdrops only during that time because bounty required a lot of effort. This year, I've seen a lot of participants and the saddest part the reward is low.

Same here with me, I started joining bounty hunting almost a year ago now and earning then was really good til the 1st quarter of 2018. It became difficult to earn with bounties on the 2nd quarter of this year as there are so many participants with almost all the crypto projects I joined in and the reward became small and some even does nit have value at all.

It will never die mate unless if the project has a good team behind that can handle the project growth no matter what happen in the market . And also as long more people always create new project everydays it's impossible to die.  but sad to say not all are legit nowadays because Sometimes despite of the situation there are more greedy people always emerging to scam investors.

I don't think it will die, but the number will decrease and maybe a good ICO will survive. indeed the income from the bounty was not as big as last year but was quite optimistic because the bounty was also part of crypto
