Nothing is lost yet unless you decide to sell those tokens and take your lose like that, if you can listen to me I'd say you should keep holding, that ESH isn't bad at all, switchdex and McAfeedex are well updated and new gambling platform is coming for ESH project so there are chances of better growth in future, just hold

It is not the end for you yet,This will serve as a lesson for you and you can do better next time. You can use your remaining ethereum to increase it. Though you can't bring back the money you have lost, you can still recover by doing another thing that you can use to make a profit.

That is a big loss. I think 10 is more than enough for an investments for a projects that you don't really know and was just riding on the hype but never really lived up the hype and eventually turning into a scam or a failure. You should have converted into other coins then invest there. But you sill have 4 eth left and that is enough I guess to make up for your losses if your put it in the right project investments or you can roll it on a trade.
From there you have a valuable lesson, never fomo in this market. It will make your assets disappear very quickly. I also lost a lot when fomo was in this market, and I gave up on it too
It would've suck. But that happens. at least once to every person. But always remember that that's the experience you can't buy. Maybe you're asking me "Why would you want to experience that?" well it's simple. If you don't experience this then how will you know and learn how to recover the amount you have lost? There's nothing wrong on making little to non risks when trading. but if you limit yourself to that you would never improve.
In every investment the key point is the patience and you should have. You mention here that you have 14 Ethereum and you invested in some hype project and all the money. This is the first fault of you that you invested your money in one project or the asset. This is not the rule of the investment. Because investment says that neve puts all your eggs in one basket. So, I only suggest you that withdraw your remaining 4 Ethereum and distribute this in different crypto which are highly traded and the front runner.

You lose almost all your capital but that is not the end of your journey. You can still recover it if you do better this time, I mean you can't take it back literally but slowly through trading, and investing on a legit project you'll have a better chance to get back your losses. Just dust yourself learn from your mistake and get back up will be my suggestion but am sure it wont be that easy but look at it this way is not the end of the road and you still have time My suggestion will be been cautious of the things you buy Then read-up the coins and trade carefully

Before you had the 14 million, you had 0. You started from there are made it to 14 million. Use the same techniques again and rebuild.
