When such a time comes these topics will be created in this section and will can only be viewed as well by customers.

Yeah he emailed them 5 times already and has received no response so I'm guessing that didn't work. As you're here, why don't you clarify your refund position for us in an open public forum where posts can't be deleted or retroactively edited.

It would sure save your customers and your payments department a lot of time.
