I've been reading through this forums for the past few weeks and all I see is "this coin is dead" or "everything is a shit coin". Is there any alt coin with potential to invest in or is it only bitcoin? I don't mean like a few here and there, I mean over 100 coins.
Try to look on ARDOR, it's pretty interesting and ambitious project.
ICONOMI and Antshares. Especially ICONOMI has a huge uptrend potential.
Also, KOMODO which hasn't been released yet. The ICO ended a few weeks ago.

These are some nice altcoins I 'm trading on the exchange. it brings back more profitable than the other altcoin coins.
I can add chronobank . it's very interesting coin and ICO launching is about 42 days left.
Ethereum could be a good coin to trade.

ethereum is not going to die. it may even surpass the rest of the token. look around and see that a lot of tokens today exist in the eth network. if eth will die, they would have to rethink of moving to another network which is a tedious task and so these companies aren't going to allow eth to die.
The problem with ETH is it's an inflationary currency, just like ZCash. Who wants to buy a coin that is going to keep adding new coins at a faster rate that the price can sustain?
And in the case of ETH i think the supply is unlimited, it will always keep creating some coins... that isn't a smart investment.

i will take a look with xmr, eth, etc, zec, dcr, because i think these type of coins is very often to gets up and down and there is a positive signal to make good movements in the market. if my feeling is good to buy, then i will buy, and so far, i think i am make a profit but its not big profit and i think its good for me.

you mean you didn't buy eth when it dip down to 0.007 recently and then back to 0.012 btc?
that's some you would see from time to time on eth, you should look at it every day where it goes because thats when you need to trade. it has prove its existence already and its network are getting busy for its being used and will be used constantly.
We are all in crypto to make money! That's why the majority of us buy it! So pick crypto we think will make the biggest gains in a set time!
I have picked Bitbay as a coin im investing heavliy in 2017. Trustless smart contracts. Cold staking (crypto 1st!) and a decentralised market alll about to be complete. Next it will be on a rolling peg (another crypto first)
All this development and only has a MK of under $1m. I'm banking on this jumping into a top30 coin Easy and a MK of over $10m. Ether hasn't achieve anything like this yet and they have $50m & a whole team of developers!
People will move to coins with actual working tech rather than funny meme pointless coins. . . Why invest in namecoin which has nothing going for it and has no development going on when you can invest in coins like bitbay, syscoin waves etc! You think hedge funds/venture capitalists etc looking at investing billions of dollars in the close future will care about funny dogefaced coins? They only invest on product not promises!

I prefer to invest into BTC, ETC and ICONOMI. Sky is the limit for these three crypto coins. ICONOMI team will do the hard task of investing into the promising alt coins and projects and they will also start paying dividends very soon. ETC has massive Chinese whales supporting it and it can thrive in future. Lastly, Bitcoin. And you don't need me to explain why you need to go long in bitcoin.
Its not a good idea to invest in ETC but it is your choice since the movement is good just like before and i think it is a clone of ETH that honestly possibility that they can increase and push the price but it can drop after trap.. Much better to stay in old altcoin like monero or top 10 other rankings..

I have been studying a bit the Iconomi project but I still don't fully understand it. There will be various tokens? If im understanding this correctly... we would be looking at potentially 3 dfifferent tokens' because i think that's a mess, too much stress, I only want 1 token!!

Does this mean there is ICN only or 3 different for each platform? One for the index, other for the open fund managent, and other for the performance one? This is too confusing.
