LBC and HIVE are two of the best investments that are still trading well below the US Dollar. The profits that will be realized in the alt coin/social media dapp space will far outweigh those gained with BTC alone.
For me if I'm gonna invest without doing any research, I'm gonna invest in ethereum and binance. Finding gems are hard without digging deep, finding low cap projects that are good are really hard to find.
I agree with the post. Now that so many coins have already recorded multiple gains the really low cap gems have already became midcap gems. For now it is better to go with established projects.
Well not all of the altcoins are worth buying, making profit in altcoin is depending on the way or on how you sellect it, i think it is better to invest or to hold an altcoin that is already been trusted or popular to the people around the crypto feild. Because if we do invest in altcoin that is already trusted it is not that risky as investing into new altcoin.

OK to answer your question, I wil like to ask you one myself. Have you taken out time to make your own research? Cos I believe if you did you will notice that not all coin is dead, there are still very good coins out there with a lot of potential. Joust DYOR
Buying coins in my opinion is full of good accuracy if you want to get profit in the long and short term for me a good coin is a top coin, rating 1 - 5 CMC

I have one thing to tell to us if how is it potential the coins are! Here is the fact, We need to look over the target of the project, For example they are making a marketplace and its their own cryptocurrency will be using to make many transaction over and under the marketplace. And you need to see the other side like, If they has also a merchant that will be selling there to their marketplace, We need to see all angles and I'm sure that is so very potential. basically, half percentage of alt coins are shit coins, but this is not totally dead, for sure some people tagged it as dead because on what's happening in the economy..
before buying, make sure that you do research and you should know how and when to take risk before investing. you can check background of an alt coins through coin market cap, you can also find the answer on your questions by the help of this forum.

Did you forget that if there was a coin that is not worth to buy, I should remind you about those coins that will be dead very soon. I think that if people must have chosen the best coin and it's not any coins worth to buy dude. 
If you want to be profitable in the short term then you can try to buy Defi projects just listed in exchanges, I see the price of Defi projects pumped a lot and many people get profit. profit from it. Or if you want to be safer, buy highly regarded altcoins such as ETH, NEO, XLM, XRP ... you will get a profit in the long term when investing in them.
There are many good altcoins on the market, but it requires a lot of experience to choose good altcoins. And if you do not have much experience, choose altcoins in the top 10 coinmarketcap
Those coins are not only the best choices but we have another good coin like oikos, compound and many more. We must realize if the top coins are not everything right now. That means if we have another coin with good potential and why not?

Your advice is one of my favorites. I've seen people post same thought like mine, but I will repeat. Waves coin is the best example to describe your situation. Once this altcoin was in top10 and cost more than $3. After its founder sold most of his coins, Waves price began to go down and not its price is less than $2 and altcoin is in #58.
I will repeat again and again - buy any altcoin, but after a proper research. Even top5 coin's price can go down and something from top2000 can burst in high position. Ranking place is nothing, idea+team is what worth buying.

positive updates do not always affect coin prices. if something terrible happens on the market, no updates will save the price. but now is a really good time to buy coins using news

Not all altcoins are worth buying, many are scams and you will lose money by buying them. Do your research carefully before you want to invest in this market, any wrong decisions will make you regret.
that is how it has been, because many project are coming to existence day by day without having what it takes to stand, with these their will be dead and sheet coin. So as regards to question worthy altcoin to invest, sighs its 50/50 so sometimes its always advice for one to invest in top 5 altcoin in exchange, but this should be done after your own analysis to be on the safer side.

I won't say that all altcoins in cryptocurrency market are useless, there are many altcoins in market which has good potential and use cases but it won't be a wise idea to invest in them without proper research because there are many good altcoins and choosing few of them for investment can be confusion decision but there are few points you should always look in an altcoin before investing in like the use case, exchange listing, volume, the team etc.
If you are a newbie investors and wanting to earn better by investing in an altcoin I high recommend to you to start investing on one of the top 10 market altcoins such as ETH, BCH, Litecoin, XRP and many more because it can guarantee you a better outcome.
Sometimes, some people want to get a lot of profit by buying Hype coins, and I think that's okay, But you really need to have accurate information about the coin, so you can know when to enter and exit the market.

You can read the forum for another 2 weeks to finally find posts where high-quality altcoins are discussed, or follow the mainstream path and buy eth/riple/xvg/ada if you have such big problems with open source coin-checking.
As for dead coins, you can even find an opinion on this forum that btc is already dead/dying. Do not trust everything at all, even if you are reading a narrowly-themed forum.
