Yeah! If possible happens making bitcoin stabilize on that stage and then waiting altcoins to growth more it could be a nicest way of market situation during this time were everyone's happy in quite sometime being better earnings and it can do things to invest in other coin.
whether it can happen or not. but now we can see bitcoin in a very good price position. some altcoins follow their growth. even though it appears that some of the other assets actually look down. if bitcoin continues to experience price growth, it is not impossible that altcoin will also follow it very slowly though.

Bitcoin price will increase more in the next month, and it will not stop in $9k only, but it will grow higher. Bitcoin and altcoin will always up and down in many times and if now the altcoin is not grown, then right now it's the time for bitcoin to increase, so then the altcoin will follow bitcoin to break the highest price again.

Considering what we used to have say 2017 yes altcoins are crawling like a snail while bitcoin is blazing hot, I feel altcions should follow the bandwagon but it's not perhaps its growth is predicated on ETH which have refused to follow bitcoin's growth pattern
It's expected that alts will follow, however, let's remain patient as even if it comes late, that will make the market more bullish and will bring more profit to us. I rather think the growth is going just fine. Quick flashes of pump and dump will never yield the growth and stability we want in this industry. We need organic growth and that is what we are currently witnessing
