Investing in altcoins is good, for me is the best to invest in, but before investing on altcoin, you need to first know much about the project if the project is backed up by competent and standard Team and if the project really have good plans that could help them in this bearish market.
I look very well into new projects before investing investing in them, I strongly make research about their team and their partners!! But is advisable investing with already know project like Bitcoin, Ether and stellar than risking with new project.

I avoid all low-volume coins, spend money only on top altcoins, why risk buying unpopular projects when the prices of the top fell so low and their benefit from their purchase is obvious to all
I currently have a number of good projects to maintain in the time I need, such as projects from Ethereum, Neo, cardano, ripples and TEN. because currently market prices are also starting to grow

Popularity is cool but most coins that give good profits are lowkey. You hardly hear any publicity hypes surrounding them. Just lowkey updates on their projects as they follow their roadmap and secure new partnerships

The main problem in this case is safety. Because, scammers have multiplied and it is easy to scam. IMO, profit should be in second place after safety. And you should try the ones who have existed for a long time and have gained trust. I think the “name” of the project is the most important. I invest money if the project has a well-known developer with a good reputation.

for sure, I will choose altcoin with high popularity and volume, it will look how much investors are interested in these tokens, I usually see altcoins from these token functions, for example BNB tokens that have strong potential with prices, these tokens are tokens which is very popular, every altcoin that wants to register at binance, of course they have to buy BNB tokens as a condition for listing in binance.
