In my opinion, if you have a lot of money there is no harm in investing, but before you invest you learn and search first which ICO has growth in the future so you can benefit from your investment.

A Cryptocurrency is still rising and I think it's a fact that it's a good way to invest in alternative coins.

I believe that ripple and babb token is worth it to invest because the price of this two coins is very low but have a chance to increase before this year will end, and this 2coins can pump it's value on short term. I think cardano and monera might be very good selections. And also, the price of IOTA is very close to $1 now, and I think it can be a very good investment way, if you think a long run.

Maybe you should be able to see the list price of coins that are in Coinmarketcap. There you can choose a coin that have a good reputation, usually if the coins already list in Coinmarketcap will have a good prospect, but certainly not all of them. If my advice, you should try to invest in Doge coins, it looks like this coin the price can still be within reach.
There are a lot of coins under 1 dollars. I don't think low prices are good investment projects. In fact, most coins disappear after a few years. Instead of investing in an uncertain project, it is better to put money on bitcoin and ETH, so it can grow for a long time.
there are many subcoins in digital currencies below the $ 1 price. future subcoins to be valued Trig, Appc, vibe, xvg. projects and white papers are just fine for me.
Depends on what you want. Big and stable coins? Just take the good ones in top 100 of coinmarketcap under 1$ (e.g. ripple, ardor, nem, stellar,cardano, verge). Otherwise do your research and look for promising ones with good tech. Feels free to post here

Vertcoin is an inexpensive coin without significant acceptance by the community. Like Litecoin, it can benefit greatly from the success of the Lightning network.
There are quite a number of coins to invest in out there, you just have to do your research well on them and find what ideal for you, there might be alts out there eve lower that $ 1 but the quality is quite low, and will take forever to gain value, or even dont gain at all, The coins might be cheap yes, but what value can they be? But if you insist on Buying them then ii suggest you have a look at coins such as IOTA, WAVES, that are currently very cheaply available in the market but with massive potential
