Most of Altcoin is rubbish, but there is no denying that there are some Altcoins that are indeed valuable and have potential, such as Ethereum, EOS, XRP, etc. You can still get huge benefits by investing in Altcoins.
yeah in the current market Phase there is not enough hype About most altcoins. in the crypto market hype is just an very important factor if a coin looses Attention it looses value
Altcoins are good at holding in a growing market when bullish trend prevails. At this time they are constantly growing in price and bring more profit than bitcoin. But today the situation is different, in the falling market everyone sells altcoins and are hiding in bitcoin.
Bitcoin is up 500 USD today and my top 10 Alt is down.

Yes this is really a bad time for the altcoins. After all, if now Bitcoin starts to grow even higher, they will all fly to hell. And if it begins to be sharply adjusted, then they are waiting for the same destiny)) It remains only to sympathize with those who have the entire deposit in altcoins, it's better to just do nothing and wait.
It's obvious that alts and bitcoin are inter-related but I hate it cause it prevents good projects to develop, and many coins fall down together with the market, even if the news is good. Hopefully, this relation will be broken!
you need to understand that many traders are pouring their capital into different crypto coins! bitcoin will not be able to give you a percentage of the same profits as some crypto tokens. when there will be a competitor in bitcoin, then stop paying attention to stoichdom bitcoin! and all the other critical tokens will grow up!
Yes it is seen in recent time but it will not happen in near future. The market is on downtrend so every coin is on down but we cant sayay its sucked.I just wanna take patience and the market will move up for sure.

I have a stop Loss for my alt that covers my initial investment. Ass far as I am concerned BTC can crash and burn and revisit 5K: Many say it will! Angry as hell.
Some say BTC will revisit 7200 USD very soon: Good!

I will like to suggest that you shouldn't feel frustrated of eat yourself up because of the present condition of the market though it is. You should rather be more patient and hold a bit more because the market will soon recover from the fall and the price will rise again.Not selling but angry!

Every coin in the cryptocurrency market may be called a “pump.” When Bitcoin starts to rise rapidly, it will absorb investors from other altcoins, which is what you see!
Well bitcoin market has being seriously lately and due to bitcoins dominance most altcoin prices go down with it and we can't help it for now.
this year is not for Alts, this year is for BTC if you look at Coinsmarketcap you can see that the Bitcoin dominance is growing every day and all Alts is going down even Ethereum is getting rekt badly, but if you are a pro trader this market means money
It reminds me the old days when this situation used to bery usual and normal, whenever btc used to be up then the alts went down and even vice versa was true, this just the opposite pair used to be sold for the hiking one
Sadly though, a lot of persons experience, hopefully the trend will reverse very soon

The market sucks more and more. Still we cannot see any sign of an upward momentum. What has happened to this market. Even BTC is going up, all other Alt remain the price same or even go down.
It doesnt work on the basis of bitcoin growth or market itself. Alts are individual projects who are getting developed with their own pace and it depends on different strategies too. You should not be mixing the stuff with bitcoin and altcoins because as I said they are individuals who are working differently. Altcoins can be bets investment than the bitcoin because they have higher chances of going up and profit more as they carry less value within them. The less value means that they are able to spike easily with smallest investment also. With the growing market they grow faster too. So just be patient and see the progress.
You need not be temperamental about this at all because it is just a normal tradition in this Crypto field. Mind you, it isn't all Alts that goes Dip when BTC is accelerating, some Alts also follow suit. But which ever scenario apply to your Alts, just follow the normal norm of HODL while at Dip or otherwise.
You cannot be more right, most altcoins dont fit their billing. Quite a lot of hype around them for no apparent reason, it must however be noted that not all are as this useless, there are those that are actually worth investigating in. As it just takes time for them to regain value, the market is currently red but good coins will always recover along with the market, so maybe yjou just need to be patient
Alternative cryptocurrencies much more reliable than Btc so it is a big question who is the weaker one here if I say it in pther words. I can't agree with you.
it's really been a while since we had this contrary pattern of btc versus altcoin. most as of late alts were following btc drifts so I can understand..but still it is impeccably ordinary market conduct
