If you are a real newbie, I would recommend you to still put most of your money on Bitcoin, don't rush on the profit. Learn every details of the project you want to invest in before put any money on it, for reference you can look at the altcoin rank on some site like coinmarketcap or coingecko, this rank means liquidity and better liquidity generally mean safer investment, but don't just relying on this rank, always do your own research.

About your list, I personally like the Avalanche project, but I don't want to give you any advice on your investment. DYOR

I would like to know how many altcoins you invested in and did you get rich from them?, or did you just lose money because of them. The higher the return, the higher the risk, what can you prove that your 2 coins will help you x100 of your assets. What do you base your assertion on?

Bitcoin won't be like your shitcoins, it doesn't grow too fast but it's a guaranteed return that's safe for you to hold. If bitcoin can't go up in price and doesn't make profit for you then I assure you no shitcoin can help you xx assets.

You can use a crypto exchange such as a binance and kuckoin. Currently these two are the biggest and the most popular crypto exchange so I think they are also the most user friendly. They can support fiat, debit cards and other payment methods which a newbie can have at the moment.

Once you bought the coin you like, you can store it in secure wallet like trust wallet and metamask where you hold your private keys if you are in for long term investing. A hardware wallet can also be better if you are dealing with bigger amounts. You shouldn't ignore btc and eth since the two are the giant crypto. This should be the base of your portfolio before you consider any other coins.
