Each one has its own decision, you can invest in any altcoins that you feel is good for you and that will give you a lot of profit. As long as you do your research on them first and are willing to accept risks in exchange for good returns, then you should have a good chance of investing in them.
The alt-coins you mentioned all have potential but also come with risks, so take responsibility for your decision.

That is why I'm encouraging you to just open your mind and never think about earning more but giving priority on fund security and market assurance.
Well, that is good advice.
People will always have this mindset especially those new in the crypto space --they think that it is very easy to make a profit, just invest and wait the right time but in altcoin investment is different. There is a risk because you don't know the project if that is a pump or dump with someone else. I advise also to invest in bitcoin or give a large allocation to it, because that is a safe investment for me and if you can wait for the bull trend, for sure your profit will be there.
This misconception about the market is in fact incredibly common as newbies read about the success stories of other people and then they think that earning money like those people is incredibly easy and this is not true.

So it should not surprise anyone that as soon as those people try to implement the strategy they thought it would bring them a lot of money they get astonished by the competition that we see in this market, only then they learn about the truth about this market and the fact that making money in it is incredibly hard, and that is when they get disappointed about this market and some of them leave with no plans of coming back.

if the OP wants to get a hand on some promising alts other than ETH, he can do so. however, he should keep up with the updates or progress of the project so he can easily get out if he feels the project is not going anywhere. i believe, everyone has the ambition of getting more profits as much as they can. this is why people are exploring other alts to further increase their portfolio.
but if you want to play safe, just consider the top alts with very solid backing of developments like ETH and BNB.

How can a newbie invest in good altcoins? I know about BTC and ETH but I think I can make more money from altcoins instead of BTC and ETH, I did my research and I have a few projects in mind but I don't know if they are worthy..

Avalanche, Mina protocol, Phala network and Aleph Zero to name a few
I understand your wants and desired to get rich instantly, that is what I see. Actually, I'd never find it wrong to invest in altcoins and rejected BTC but what it becomes wrong with that is you are aiming impossible as it was really hard to earn more at this current market condition. You can just think about it during the bull market, not during the bear season.

I'd just see investing in a hyped project gives more but the risk is high that might give the undesirable ending story (losses) if you got messed up.
That is why I'm encouraging you to just open your mind and never think about earning more but giving priority on fund security and market assurance.

In my opinion, the first thing to invest in the cryptocurrency world is Bitcoin, then followed by altcoins in the top rank, moreover about Ethereum and also BNB. I believe in these altcoins. But, there are also numerous altcoins in the crypto world and we must be careful in the crypto itself. In my opinion, if we are going to invest, it is better to invest in top rank 10, but with a lower percentage than those three coins.
There is no guarantee that we will get high profits in investing in crypto there is also always any risk that we are facing. The risk will also depend on what coins we are holding and how long we are holding. That is why we must be again more careful and smarter to take the coins.

Avalanche, Mina protocol, Phala network and Aleph Zero to name a few
Think again with these altcoins, I will prefer to take higher rank coins in the CMC at least. If you want really them, I will only probably take Avalanche, but again DYOR

You can make big profit or lose with big risk by buying coins of low marketcap. But in case of long term investment, you will need to research and find a solid project and invest in that project.

Because projects that have no future prospects will not bring you the right results. So it would not be safe to rely extra on projects other than Bitcoin and Ethereum. The current market situation is a much bigger example of how risky altcoin can be.

While it is true that if you were to invest in altcoins with a lower market cap you can obtain way more profits than what you can get with bitcoin and ethereum, there are at least two problems with that right now.

The first one is the bear market we are facing, altcoins depend on bitcoin moving up so they do the same, and since this is not going to happen for some time I think it is a  mistake to invest in altcoins right now, the other problem is that as a newbie you do not have the knowledge and skill to distinguish a good altcoin from a scam, and if you decide to invest in new altcoins then most likely you are going to make a mistake from which it will be almost impossible for you to recover, so with this in mind it is better for you to invest in bitcoin and ethereum so you can minimize the risks you could take as much as possible.

You've done research and announce the Altcoins hold by you, As far as I can see the project you mentioned isn't too bad it's just that there is still a risk, it's better to do some re-research on that altcoins will add to your portfolio. You have do it the right thing because investing is always risky, also right track with courage after researching. My advice save more of your money in bitcoin, only a small part in altcoin if you can't afford to lose.

I think for a newbie like you, you should just focus on investing in top coins such as BTC, ETH and BNB. But if you have managed to make a profit
from top coins and you feel you can analyze the market well. Besides that, you already understand how the crypto industry works, indeed you can
try investing in some of the low cap coins that you have mentioned. But start with small capital first, because the risk is quite large investing
in low cap coins, although the profit to be generated will be greater.

The most important thing is that if you invest in low cap coins, don't be obsessed with making big profits, it means that you should immediately sell
the coins if you are profitable and never hold long-term for low cap coins. Because if the price dumps it will be more difficult to recover, there is even
a risk of being scams. Then use the stop-loss feature to invest in low cap coins, to prevent us from losing all our capital. Because it's different from
top coins if the price falls deep enough it usually recovers pretty quickly, the low cap coins that you mention will be difficult to sell when the price is
too low, due to low demand. So rethink the risks you face if you want to invest in low cap coins.

If you're a newbie that seeks assurance, you better pick Bitcoin and Ethereum over other altcoins but if you've done your research and you're willing to take the risks of investing with projects that you have mentioned, then just do it so you will be able to learn how to deal with the risks of altcoin investment. Just make sure that you're choosing projects or coins with high potential.

That's the problem most of us do, that's why we stick with the old and reputable ones like Bitcoin and Ethereum. Here's the thing, you can definitely make more money in the altcoin industry but there's a risk you should be willing to take and not all of us have the courage to do so.
Avalanche seems right, but I don't have any idea about the other 3 that you mentioned. I would not force it if their projects are difficult to understand. Keep on looking for new options if you are having doubts. Also remember, profits are still profits, small or large.

When you are a beginner and trying to increase profits in the altcoin section but you do not understand that the fate of altcoins is in the movement of Bitcoin. As people have suggested that your actions may be considered as one that is not prepared to risk the altcoin market if at any time Bitcoin enters a deep bearish zone. You will easily lose the value of your portfolio in an instant in altcoins and will not be sure to return to providing more value in a short time.

So how do you go about investing in altcoins so confidently without understanding the cycle of Bitcoin movement?

As a newbie it is advisable to invest in less risky coins and btc and eth are not just the top coins, they are the most trusted which means you can invest on either of the two and rst easy unlike alts that are very risky and being a newbie you are fully prepared to take such risk, you have to have the right knowledge, understanding, patience and most of all know your risk tolerance. Alts investment is high risk and you should know the level of risk you are prepared to take.

If you're not sure about investing in some altcoin projects or you're trying to find them with the help of forum comments, then I can definitely tell you that your optimal choice in investing is BTC and ETH. If you don't understand if these altcoins are worth investing, then you're not ready to invest, because you don't know the market and you don't have certain metrics by which you determine the prospects of such an altcoin. Where can you get such knowledge from? Certainly not here, in the comments to the post. Study more, then start investing, NOT the other way around.

The best and reliable coin which I think you should invest in is bitcon, am not really saying investing in altcoins is a bad idea but you can't really trust any altcoins. We all saw what happen to Luna which lot's of people lost their money, from my own perspective I believe something like that can happen to any altcoin but I don't think it will ever happen to bitcoin, that's why I always recommend to people to invest in bitcoin.

As long as those coins were trading at the bottom price and you bought at that rate and you can make more money from there rather than using bitcoin or thereum. The main poin must be if you shall aware about where will be the bottom that can be used as the best price to get into the market.
AVALANCHE, MINA are still undervalued but you must know the fundemental of coin. I meant if you must aware if the coin like mina protocol has unlimited supply. that means if mina can go down even lower caused by inflation.

You are already doing the right things here. The first and foremost thing is to do the research on your own.
You have done your part and selected a few coins. The next step is to get peer reviews and this forum is the best place for that.
Read what others have to say but don't get influenced by any of them. Think about it and then make your decision based on facts and figures.

From your list my best pic would be Avalanche.

That's the thing about decisions and uncertainty. You will never know what currency can give you the best returns on your money, and there are many things that you might not be aware of on specific projects. It's the risk that you should manage because if you have a hard time because of the project itself, then it's going to be up to the point that there would be stagnation on your part, and you cannot choose one.

The ones you mentioned have greatsignificantground and surrounding people because I have heard of good things. I'm not sure if it can be worth though. No one can.

It is common knowledge that investments made in cryptocurrencies carry a certain level of risk and new digital markets and offer great opportunities for real-world profits. But it also presents potential pitfalls that are easy to avoid. Make sure the altcoin you want to invest in has been around for a long time and is being reviewed by an expert. As with all things, please do your due diligence before investing your money. BTC, ETH, and BNB are always good investments and make you comfortable.
