No it's not so late. You can buy bitcoin now or can wait for the price in more deep. Bitcoin is a currency which will increase day by day. And I think it will be 11000$ in January 2018. But I don't suggest you to invest all of your money because it has risk too. So do it your own knowledge, good luck.
No you're not late. There's no ideal time when to buy a bitcoin but there is an ideal time when to sell it. You don't have to worry when to buy bitcoin. It is never too late. What matter's the most is when you are going to sell it. Because of the changing value of bitcoin you have to monitor it from time to time in order to gain profit from your investments.

And now that its market value is falling, this is a good opportunity to invest and buy Bitcoin to be held for a period of time because its market value will eventually increase so profit is also on the line. You should invest now because its market price is lower than its value recently.i totally agree with you. AH! Its 12th November and the bitcoin price is falling continuously and currently stands at $ 5960 USD (Source: Coinmarketcap). You better wait and watch it drop more. Yeah , You are true fully Because here I know that time when I entered in this field and not much options were available to use to make money and also at that time the price of the bitcoin was not much high but still people were not making much investment in bitcoin Because they don't understand the bitcoin fully but still many people made profit in bulk also .Here in the current time the progess of the bitcoin is much faster than what was about 2-3 years ago , So if you can buy today then you can make big also in the incoming next one to two years .

In my opinion the best time to buy the bitcoin is current time because I know very well that bitcoin price getting down due to the segwit2x cancel . Since , if segwit2x happened then also after that the price will get down soon because the probability of getting down because of the double the amount of the bitcoin and for the Money people will sell surely to make profit and that will definitely will get down in the price of the bitcoin , so here it is more better for us that segwit2x not happened and everything is simple with 1MB size block .Here currently the price going down in steps , so just buy now bitcoin .
