@AmberCoinDev - I believe I understand correctly that you obtained the external 3 Million USD on 10-15-15?  If so, the money should hit your accounts soon correct?  At that point dividends will be paid?  Please advise. 

This is preposterous, and simply not relevant to the discussion, you can't "cancel" agreed-upon dividends.
If a company says it's going to pay a dividend, then "delays" the dividend, in most cases it's criminal/illegal.
Companies have boards, boards make this type of financial decision following it's rules set-out by it's board members.

The truth of this matter probably lies (carefully chosen word) somewhere in the middle of all the hype and assumption, so, let's start there.

1) There is profit being reported in Q3, $914,800 USD.
That means it's either sitting in a bank somewhere, or it's ledger-based profit not yet realized.
2) It's likely there isn't adequate capital to divest to all shareholders.
I'll let that sink-in....
3) Why isn't there adequate capital? I seriously doubt it due to the need for "external financing".
It not likely that any bank will loan AmberTrade $3MIL with it's current business model.
No annual reports, no board, no current financial statements - just a director named Olga Overchuk from Ukraine.
That said, it's fairly safe to assume no Q3 dividends will be paid.
My 13,700 AMBER significantly state how I'd LOVE to be wrong here, but, I doubt that I am.

Another point to consider is that they would need to divest a controlling interest in AMBER in order
to make good with their shareholders.

SO....
Pick a strategy - either AmberTrade LTD is a "company", or it's a crypto-currency.
If it's a "company", then you're actually breaking the law by not paying shareholders an advertised dividend.
If you're a crypto, then you do whatever you want - which is clearly what's happening here.

This party is over, the site's been down for a week, the $$$ is gone - deal with it.
PS - I just sold all my AMBER, if it starts to climb, I may buy back in - who knows.

Because the funds that the company has got from the sale of shares and the company's profit were not enough to finance all the projects necessary for growth.
At the same time, the company prefers to raise an external funding instead of selling its shares cheap.

Why Company cannot pay $72k now and use the rest of its profit for development?

Dividend payouts are only postponed and people already dumping.   If you are a shareholder you HOLD your share.

This is the point in a scam where the dev would stop posting and we would be left talking to ourselves for the next few pages about how much this sucks etc. But notice that he has NOT disappeared. That is a very good sign if you ask me.

I agree it does seem like the company could have put 10% of their profits into paying dividends on time, especially since this is such a new concept and at this point building trust should be a top priority. That being said, I think we all need to calm down and realize that the dev is still here and he is going to explain what is going on.

Plus, if this were a scam, that means the company would have known that they weren't going to pay out q3 dividends for a long time and if that were the case, why the solar post and amber products and new logo and on and on. And why in the world would they have put together that VERY impressive and obviously very time consuming slide show presentation that was posted last week? That literally makes no sense.

Point is, I wouldn't sell your coins just yet because there is a very good chance you will soon regret it in a big way.

I'm not aware if there will be anything like this. If I know this happened I could sell a few in wallet and buy back again for my benefit from this tragedy.

I'm not selling my coins. But if this is a scam. I'm out of crypto world. Always scam. Does not matter what altcoin you trade. There is only one coin - it is Bitcoin . Maybe BTC is to scam.
