All shareholders who have sent btc address to company's email will receive their dividends within 2-3 hours.
Is somewhere a list of Q4 dividends with BTC addresses - to verify if they are correct and whose address is missing?
I mean something like previous payments:

Light-green filling means that dividends were paid.
We will mark missing addresses after all emails are processed (most likely tomorrow).

Please send your BTC address (or other payment details) to [email protected]
Q4 dividends payouts will be on thursday, 4-th of February.
On wednesday e-mails will be sent to those shareholders who doesn't send their payment details.

Have you registered your AMBER wallet address to be counted as shareholder?
Before 31.12.2015, before Q4 end, to be counted in 2015Q4 dividends?
Wallet address must be the exact address where your 10 000+ AMBER siting (and staking). Don't forget the "coin control" issue.
I think never late to send your BTC address to [email protected] and ask for comments is everything ok.

Most have been like 4-5 est from my experience in btc and amber. Best wake up alarm is received btc, here's hoping again today.

I had the same kind of problem yesterday. All my ISP-s DNS servers and the country one other big ISP-s all nameservers had no knowledge about ambercoin.info and amber-trade.com. The same time Google DNS, for example 8.8.8.8, had no problem with these domains. I wrongfully accused ambers and their ISP even for underqualification I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not

but the real problem can be something like global cables and/or routers reconfiguration or something like that, not concerning Amber servers and ISP nor our ISP. Or some domain registrats/nameservers holders/CA fight or their services reconfiguration process.May be ambers are hosted in Lithuania or Ukraine, so all our everyday usable known domains are ok and only ambers down (explains why "everything we use every day works, only ambers down").
Let your computer/network use Google DNS and everything works. Something like that: "nameservers: [ISP server 1] [ISP server 2] 8.8.8.8"

why is Q4 dividen smaller than the previous quarter? 
Q4 2015 dividends will be paid out next week in $/btc.
Detailed annual financial report will be available before the end of Q1 2016.
Profit in Q4 2015 is lower due to significant capital investments during Q4 2015.
