update:  2700x , TB350-BTC, 4 gb 2133 ram , 6 rx 570 ,  at stock speed with large pages hes getting 680h/s

with some mining program tweaking and OC 700+  no problem.

any review for yescryptr16 algo?
i still used 1700x, looking more info is it worth to upgrade 2700x or not

I just got a Ryzen 5 2400g for a new mining rig today. When I fire it up tomorrow, I will let you guy's know.

Impressive numbers for a mainstream CPU.

So a dude on reddit were getting 600-610 hashes monero using :
2700x @ stock 3850,  biostar tb350 6gpu rig, 4gb ram 2133,

Not sure what mining program nor had he enabled large pages yet.
Slow memory for this CPU, should be minimum 2933MHz, even 3200MHz. May be the CPU is slow down by the mem speed.

Hmm, I ran a bunch of tests yesterday on my 1700 and found that RAM speed had very little impact on Ryzen hashing performance with XMR-stak.  Running 3.7 w/2133 memory was getting about 570 h/s.  Running 3.7 w/3200 memory was getting about 575 h/s but used about 15 more watts due to the RAM overclock voltage (1.2v vs 1.4v).  Also, please note these are XMR-stak monero7 hash rates while co-mining with Claymore on 5x1070s.  If I shutdown Claymore I get about 610 h/s.

Edit:  Just saw that post, dude replied that he did NOT have large pages enabled.

RAM speeds shouldn't make a big difference, the whole point is to run each miner instance on 2 Mb CPU L3 cache...

i did not have good cpu in past. now i have amd ryzen 1600. can anyone say xmr hashrate? ı think it does not make money more than it consumes electricity.

Search for 1600 here (probably 450-550 h/s):

http://monerobenchmarks.info/searchCPU.php

Plug in numbers here:

https://whattomine.com/coins/101-xmr-cryptonightv7

You will be surprised how much you can make right now mining Monero with these Ryzen cpus.

You got a beast there! :p
I have seen prices drop for 1920x so im feeling the urge to buy it.

From reviews that i read seems noctua tr4 cooler even "better" then the aio cooler.

Microcenter has the 1950x for $730 right now, so check it out if you can.

Noctua TR coolers are very good, well actually all their coolers are very good...  I went with Arctic for a cheap temp solution, knowing i would re-use my custom loop eventually.

Just a question do overclocking the CPU provides any boost in hash rates? Also is the new AMD Ryzen 2700x be a good CPU to buy to CPU mineable altcoins because of the performance boost? As I have seen in some reviews it has around 10-15% boost in synthetic benchmark and IPC with better overclocking head room and better powerdraw? What do you guys think about it?

Its the big question right.
We just have to wait for some benchmarks.
If the 2700x will hash same as 1900x it will be golden.

is it worth ti ? mining better than gpu?

Its not about mining better then a gpu.

From my own point of view you need a cpu either way right?
If you get a ryzen atleast your cpu will have a good chance to pay for itself.

well, I do not think that ryzen cpu is mining better then GPU, but, there is always a but!
here, look,  firstly you need to put into your rig CPU anyway , right?! so the choice is between cheap celeron or ryzen 2700 ( it was the call for me)
I choose ryzen cpu, why? cause with celeron I can't mine anything.. with ryzen I can mine monero and it gives more then half hashrate of full rx480/580 card
i mean ryzen 2700 overclocked to 3.7ghx pumps about 570-580h/s on asrock and even higher on asus mb, rx 480 pushes about 950 h/s with proper bios...
so based on some profit calculator my ryzen will ROI after a year.. not bad, right?

What cooling solution you got on your TR4?
Here in Sweden there are no deals for cheaper x470 motherboards so im just waiting for b450s.

Meanwhile im getting more Ryzen 5 1600.

Right now I have a custom loop with Bykski block and an EK XE-480 rad.  Its waaaay overkill, but I wanted something quiet since it runs XMR-stak 24/7 and sits next to my desk in my home office.

When I first built my TR system, I got a cheap Arctic Cooler Freezer 33TR for $35 to get going.  It worked great, just couldn't overclock too high with it, but it ran fine at 3.9 Ghz.  I'm running 4.0 Ghz now @ 1.18v (custom loop), but it can do 4.2 Ghz with just over 1.4v.  But running at 4.0 is more profitable for me.

Look for deals on B350 boards, several reviewers are indicating there is almost no difference between the X470 and X370 chipsets.  I'm expecting there to be minimal differences between b350 and b450.
