It depends on individual goals of each person. I wanna learn how to trade bitcoin. It's hard when you don't have any experience. Essentially, you want to hold onto it for a long time.

I suggest you to choose the right amount for trading depend on your asset capital. If you're trying to hold for a long time, please spend around 30-40% of your capital to hold it for long term, you should spend at least 30% for long-term cause this is the way you can earn good profit . Short-term is the rest but i think you should go for surfing day to earn profit around 5~10% profit if you can.

I need to start trading. You save the bitcoin for investing it a price increase the price every day it will you fall to you. But you know the trading how to handle the process and how to handle the issue it must for the trading. You put you invest for the 60% and you save the 40% bitcoin it will help with the if some loss. Before you start the trading you about the trading how to handle.

I started trading with a capital of about 0.01 btc and I traded slowly, after I felt capable then I added my capital and dare to trade with 1 btc of capital and use about 0.3 in every altcoin I trade.

Much better to short trade on alts, also it depends on how much are you willing to risk, as for me started at 0.01 btc for short trade. I have a target price of 0.11btc and when i reached that amount i withdraw then start at 0.01btc again. Not easy though you need to focus on what alts are you going to trade.

I think as good as possible you have to think about the bitter losses,if talk about capital better think long and a little yes maybe 0.1BTC.Trading is not easy when talking about waiting for the pump.

If you mean intraday trading, I suppose 20% of your total holdings is a safe bet. 80% is for long term investment.

in my opinion any amount cant be a good amount for trading. it really depends on you and how much money you have at your disposal and want to enter it in trading and take all the risks.

I am not a beginner but I am not an advanced trader either. for me the proper amount is usually 0.5BTC which is currently about $2000+. I feel more comfortable with this amount. I make some profit then cash that profit out. but this doesn't mean I have never invested more or less. there have been times where I only invested 0.01BTC in some altcoin or I have invested a much higher amount (a couple of BTC) in some altcoins. for example I bought a lot of Litecoin this year before the rise back when price was still $4.

There is no fixed number. Just take into consideration some basic rules. Only trade/invest what you can afford to loose. And then consider short term trading much riskier than holding, so don´t trade ALL your portfolio. Keep 50% in "safer" holding like your hard wallets, and trade the rest diversifying in the type of coins and type of investment.

The minimum price, you should not throw out 2 to 3 bitcoins at once, especially in the short term, you will burn very quickly. Well, it all depends on you, you can put it all and all of a sudden you're lucky.
It all depends on how many Bitcoins you have and how much skillful you are. If you have a good amount of Bitcoins, then you can go for trading but only under one condition and that is you know the art of doing trade. Else, there is no point of wasting your Bitcoins in the trade just for the sake of fun.

for beginners I suggest to start playing bitcoin with a little capital for the first time, about $ 500 is enough to play bitcoin for beginners, from the capital that we play long term and short term, I suggest you buy altcoin the price is still cheap but do not buy , first you should see how dev development in the coin, do not get you wrong buy coin, and after you understand how to play it your decision to move forward again, want to increase capital or finish trading. no one knows when pump and when dump. I prefer to hold for a few months.

you can do any amount for doing trading and there are no spesific amount. but i think you can trying with 0.01 btc-0.1 btc to start. search a good coins by doing analyze each of coins, make decision and wait the price to increase. you can do with daily and weekly and its up to you but i think its better that you do for once for 3 day or weekly.

Well everyone has different lifestyles so it's hard to say, but you can definitely think it's safe to say that you shouldn't invest more than you can afford to lose and research before trading in general.

This totally depends on each individual. The thing about trading is that the more you have, the more your profit. 1BTC to 3BTC should be good or you can decide to go higher depending on your level of risk. However, if you are a starter in trading, I personally will not recommend this.

I will advise you to do some little learning and do not rush into things. Start with a little capital until you are confident enough to make decisions on big funds. The same way you can earn big with big capital is the same way you can lose big.

It seems to me the more, the better. In this case, you can diversify your risks. And trade a large number of coins. And there are several ways to trade. For different capital and different interest in closing transactions. And so, trading is very risky of course. As for me, Bounty and long-term investments are safer and more profitable Wink Wink Wink

You don't need much Bitcoin to begin trading. I would recommend at least 0.1 Bitcoins to get started. The great thing about trading cryptocurrencies is that the fess are a percentage of the trade amount so you are not at a disadvantage if you make small trades. If you have some fiat to trade, don't use all of it for a buy. Leave some as leverage if the price drops more after you place a buy order. Same for selling, I like to always have some fiat and some Bitcoins in my account as leverage.

Some exchanges (like Binance) will ask for a minimum of 0.001 btc before you are allowed to trade any coin on their sites. That is if you already have an account with them. But that doesn't mean you should start with that. If you do, it will only limit your chances to getting in on just one trade at a time and on cheap coin only. Try funding your account with a minimum of 0.01 btc. I started with 0.035 btc.

As for beginners just use a really small amount. However, I can't guarantee you'll get profit from those small amount.
Just take it as experienced. Trading is very risky, not to mention if you have no knowledge about it.
It's better if you do your own research about how to trading and anything related to it.
Hodl is good, too. But only hodl with a good coins, not a shit coins, since it might get delisted.
