We've been told that nicehash has been eliminated, but are still seeing irregularities in block discovery rates and hash rate (static global hash rates for hours, etc).
I'd like the following simple answers
Are we expecting a consistent ~2 min/block found or not?
If not, can the dev team elaborate why not?
If so, then why isn't that happening? Perhaps we have a scaling issue or haven't been able to triage yet. If so that's OK but I need transparent explanations.

If I use XUN for transfer transactions, will my transaction record be protected and others will not see my records?
That's the problem with XUN right now. Your TX is ok, but hours between blocks, will take days for it to be completed.
