We need to have 808 in the crypto casinos or have some games that award players with 808. Today i saw a snake game that awarded players with 1337 coin. Something like that might bring in more interest in 808 from new people.

Anybody know when 808 might be added to new exchanges? That would increase the value. And is there anything new in the works for the 808?
Sale price keeps dropping on cryptopia. People are dumping too cheap! If they keep lowering the asking price its gonna crash this coin. No one wants a coin that constantly drops in value. The value has to go up or atleast stay level.

The price was under 10 sats for quite sometime, 808 didn't die off because of that either, in fact i bet those people that bought in at that low price are happy right now. Let somebody put millions for sale now at that price and see how long they last.. many of us would be happy to buy them at the right price. The good thing about 808 is that if you are patient and follow some basic guidelines others have mentioned you will have a great chance at profitability, and the price moving around won't mean as much long term. Buy early, Buy cheap, Compound/Sale.

I have a question about block size. If I have 3 million coins. Would it be better to leave them all in 1 block or split it into 3 blocks of 1 million each, or should i do 100k size blocks? Which would get quicker stakes?
Leave them in 1 block, because after they mature after 8.08 days, the block will compete with other block, so it is better to leave them into 1 big block.
i also thought that way, but then vella told me that if we put all our coin in 1 block we are at risk of getting a stake that is "generate but dont accepted" and than we will have to wait another 8 days to get a reward.
so as long as you have lots of coins on every block i dont think it really matter if you split it to 2-3 blocks and it minimizing the risk of not being accepted.

Correct, an "orphan" or unaccepted stake will attempt to stake again. No reset of the coinage from orphans.
Thanks for this as I wasn't sure about it. When I did mention this I thought we would have to wait another 8 days for it to try again so now that we know for sure I feel more comfortable with combining all my coins into 1 block. However for someone who wants to stake regularly and has a few million coins then splitting them into blocks of 1 million would work too which is my plan down the road. So then I'm earning a stake every week so it will be like earning a weekly passive income from stakes. Just last night I had 2 stakes from a couple of smaller 50k blocks which I earned just over 30k coins but have now combined them into one large block of 160k and should have my largest block of 620k minting in the next 3 days. So right now I don't have one large block as I want to earn stakes each week but everyone is different and this is my way of earning 808 coins.

Yeah I think it is wrong of people to come here and talk about other coins. I must admit that I have done it in the past but not like this posting links to the other coin. The funny thing is that I did own a lot of the coin this member is talking about but sold them all for 808 coin, that's when I first joined 808 coin thanks to freebitcoins4u letting me know about this coin. And now when I look back on my decision I'm glad I did it as I have already made more with 808 coin then this other coin as the price for this other coin is low 1 to 2 sats and not much volume. 808 coin is much better in my opinion.
They not meaning to spam or upset anyone they merely discussing a similar coin in comparison. What's wrong with that ? Inflation coin is similar to this. Why be threatened by talk of other coins here ? Don't you have faith in 808 ? If I was a Dev I would have so much faith in my coin I wouldn't care if all people spoke about were other coins.
Btw inflation is a good coin and so is 808 there is no reason not to support and buy both.
