I happens with these new coins :-(  It happened to me with smallchange, but it was 4.5 Gbps; nothing I could remotely do about that. I put the pool server for this coin up on a different host for this reason.

I've got a competitor up at http://chn.dontmine.me:9999/

I've just changed over to this pool, we need more people to join to improve blocks found

I'm not going to host this pool if its going to attract this kind of attacks

how do you know if it isn't just your pool being too popular?  Roll Eyes

Running on a backup machine so don't expect too much, but it seems to be paying me okay.

getting by far the lowest stale rate of all pools until now, but are you sure that everything is working correctly? it seems a bit too unlucky right now.

BLOCK EXPLORER FOR CHNCoin

http://84.200.84.76:5000

As of now it is on a separate server then CCE, and running on the native python server.

I will move it to Fastcgi service by tomorrow.

If I continue to add coins to cryptocoinexplorer, I am probably going to start putting the new coins on a second server.

But I saw the immediate need and thought i would help fill it    Grin

Looks good, except it's a little bit behind the top block.

BTW, the "88" block reward sounds like byebye in Chinese, it's a kind of chat slang like "lol"

Should work for now, it has been awhile since I have run an explorer with the basic python server. I had forgotten to adjust the configuration according. It should keep up now .Especially since to has two triggers to update..the one I use for Fascgi and the basic one for use with the built in server.

Maybe I will have it set fully and DNS's out by mourning if I have another insomniac night tonight.  Cheesy

damn i get an error.

Code:
error while loading shared libraries: libboost_system.so.1.46.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

for what its worth i was in the CHNCoin/64/ directory when i initiated the wget command. could this be the issue?
Did you install Libboost 1.46? You'll have to find a repo with it if your current OS is too recent.

NO,

just use the symlink I posted above.

There is no point in installing a depreciated version of libboost.

this worked. thanks to trinsic and dreamwatcher for the help.

for others that may see, i had to make symlinks for a few other files as well. it will error out each time you try to run ./chcoind which tells you which one to create a symlink for Cheesy

Sorry.. I threw the pool out a little to fast... But there's no harm done.. lets see how all goes from now on.

It will now take much longer to get the payments per block credited to you as the system now waits for 120 confirms.. so don't panic when you don't see anything in your account for a while until confirms catch up

Thanks, I added my 1.2 mh/s to it. Rejects look a lot better now!

My rejects are still around 20% ... still a lot better than the p2pools, but the pool efficiency is listed as 92+%. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Using stratum w/cgminer.
