I think that config was worked on your cardz... But you can add more options (--temp-overheat 85,--temp-target 75).

how to use temp-cutoff in sgminer-4.1.271 for windows
i set this command
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
