Yes, something seems to be going on. Could be just game playing but even at these prices nearly everyone is still underwater (by a lot!). Curious.
And hash rate has picked up a lot. There was one guy pointing 50mh/s at air.carbonshark this afternoon.

Hey, does anyone know if there are still developers working on this coin? I e-mailed them about a month ago and no reply. Since then I moved on to others, MRO, DRK, etc. Thanks!
This is the last email I received on May 6th:
We're working on the update for the Beta software to clear that before
releasing a project timeline for the 1.0 version. We'll have bugfixes for
the slow KGW response time and the Litecoin IRC broadcasting issue from
the last 2 weeks.
Once released, we should have an expanded development team and a clear
project timeline for the new software. Once we have that, we will
certainly announce it.

We're working through some issues with our developers still, including how to work on the GUI and which features to implement. We are aware that some people are requesting a fork of the chain to be handed to developers interested, and if we cannot solve our own issues internally soon then we may pursue that option.
Dev now hasn't logged on even for 5 days!

any coin which announces it will use coinjoin...will skyrocket....and that...is a fact. The best way for any dead coin to rise is simply to announce that. the market is speaking
Been liking the chart these last few days. 
There's nothing to like about this coin anymore. Devs have destroyed the community and had more than enough time to get any re-development to a point where some news may be available, hell they've had enough time to re-develop a completely new coin from scratch. I think it's time to take a dump now and move on while it's still being traded.Been liking the chart these last few days.

I don't hold any AIR however, why don't the community take this over and hard fork the coin, invalidate the premine etc. similar to what people did with AsiaCoin? There seam to be a lot of people who lost money here as well because of crooked developers.
crooked developers? what thread are you reading? Not every failure or setback is due to malintent. I can only speak for myself of course but I would not support a switch like that. What good could it possibly do? What would it change?
The change will be that the premine will be invalidated in the chain making it impossible for somebody to dump it.

Thanks for that, I had no idea there are only 250k coins mined so far. It looks like I'll be buying some air coins soon.

You noticed the recent activity as well. The coin is a steal right now with it being valued at less than a penny per coin and only 250k coins mined so far, excluding the pre-mine which has been confirmed to still be right where they should be. If it does get pumped I would like to see how their trading bot works with high volume since it's still running. Devs did say the bot was programmed for 50btc volume or higher.
