Hi, in the website it says
"If the participant is not a citizen or resident of a country, whose legislation conflicts with obtaining or distributing cryptographic tokens, then they can participate in our TGE."
Can people from the United States participate in this?

If you are resident or citizen of US you have to be an accredited investor to be able to participate in TGEs or ICOs

We wanted to have at least 50 k people on our telegram - we have 72 k so it was very successful
Sometimes I wonder if Telegram has increased the maximum number of users in a channel solely for Crypto projects.

The token sale will start in 1 day, more than 55 000 people on telegram, the community seems to be big and there is a lot of potential investors I think. Maybe Alax will raise fund fastly, with the current visibility I think it’s possible.
The only dangerous thing is that in the current market situation, it is harder to define whether the project is ok or not. Anyways, this one seems to be having some bright prospects.I think currently a lot of informations can be drawn from who the ICO is going. If its going really well despite were having a bad market situation, the project will be successful
I think alax will be able to handle all the negative things regarding the current market condition and they will be able to handle the project correctly.

before you do anything, read in the beginner section of the forum and go search the www for tutorials on how to use the wallet you are using.
And please never tell anyone your private key! Most important rule.

The most important is, never say anybody your private key.
Dont save it on your computer. Write it on a paper and save the paper on different trustful places.
Use a different computer for crypto and dont surf on this computer for different things than trading.
Learn with a small amount of money how to use a wallet.
Your private key is the key to all your money, be careful, scammer in crypto are not that idiots like in spam emails, here are intelligent sharks, which are waiting for people like you.
To be paranoid is a good thing in crypto, really.

As an investor, no softcap policy is a good in a short term investing, but as i want to see you thrive, how does this actually work if you'll get less then 100 eth? I am not saying you do but how would your future plan differ from getting hardcap worth of eth?
A soft cap does make sense, but maybe they are confident enough to know that they raise sufficient money to make the project happen.
They are big enough to do it without an ICO actually, but they need to distribute tokens. That's why they are conducting an ICO. They could even only do an airdrop instead but of course they wanna raise money.
So they could do it without raising money but raise money nonetheless. Why do they have to distribute the tokens? What's the point? Why not keep them and sell them to the open market via exchanges?
I guess ICO is the best way to raise funds rather than selling tokens on exchanges, and ICO results will be the gauge and will dictate the pace of project development.
