I am wondering if that is even legally ok to give holders a 4 week deadline and then just take their funds. What is Poloniex going to do with the coins left on their exchange? Sell them?

I don't really know their position but they Locked my NXC coins, which were delisted some time ago. Yes, it is my fault that I did not have time to transfer them out of Poloniex, but in other words this means that Poloniex own coins of such people?

But recently I found out that it is still possible to transfer my NXC coins (already unlocked), they decide to give last chance to such people as me Grin

Be careful.

I can't imagine a single law that will confirm the approach Poloniex is taking in such circumstances. There is just no legal basis for that. What if you park a car at your friends house and you don't pick it up for 3 months in a row? Does that just transfer ownership to your friend? He could send it to your house at your cost or charge you something, but he can't just destroy that thing and make it worthless after a 4 weeks deadline.

RChain is completely different project. It has nothing to do with HyperSpace. There was a connection with Greg at the beginning of Synereo. They broke up with him a few years ago.

BTW the HyperSpace alpha is awesome and super addictive.

You have to suspend your account to beat a scam? Nevermind, it was fake all along?

AMP is one of the few coins in my portfolio that I genuinely worry will go to zero.
