The only way the hash for this coin can get re-distributed is if Nitro goes down for a few days and they change the ports to force miners to actually do work re-arranging.
At this point, this coin has been too centralized for too long, IMO I wont bother mining it until hash is more distributed.
An evenly distributed network is a corner stone for a healthy coin, no point mining a coin with only one pool.
For the miners who dump, they don't really give two craps about the health of the network so there isn't much incentive for them to change pools.
since 90% of the hash is one pool, i would assume 90% of the miners are dumping, they have no skin in the game really.
Sad tho, because out of 90% the alt coins out there UTC is one of the fastest if not the fastest and it does have a nice community behind it, its a shame to see the coin pimped out like that by one pool.

We have Nitro1 & Nitro2 and we now know the higher fees have no impact in making people mine at other pools.
