I can't access the clearnet from my country. Any particular reason why it's blocked in my/some countries?
Edit- Just have seen an explanation, I can't believe why my country is counted as a threat/high-risk country. Maybe your algorithm has some bugs which can't identify high-risk countries  Cheesy

Anyway, I tried to visit the site with onion address and finally, I was able to access the site. While I was looking at the different features, I found the fee system a bit weird. Well, I'm not talking about the 1.5% minimum fee which is of course a thing. It's a bit high I think.

You have a Mixing Strength bar when we/users input different data. That's great. But why it changes only when we increase the fee but it doesn't change when we change the transfer delay, it barely changes (very little in terms of changes in fee). How a higher service fee is going to ensure a higher level of privacy while a higher delay in the transaction will provide a lower level of privacy? Is it an attempt to influence the users to pay a higher amount of fees? Or it's part of the mechanism which I'm missing? You can put an explanation right above the bar so people can understand how a higher fee is going to increase the privacy level.

It is not down, we have only blocked some high risk countries (Attacks).
You can use Coinomize via the Tor browser without any problems and we always recommend to use a VPN.
Thank you for giving clear clarification for us.

Tor browser is perfect to use when we are using mixers and it is available on mobile too. VPN is a good alternative but only paid VPN, not free VPN.

https://[banned mixer], https://[banned mixer], https://[banned mixer] all the three website links of coinomize is down in my region, is it that nobody uses mixer in my region why coinomize exclude my region? Or is it that my browser is the one given me the error message? Mixers supposed work across the globe and this is the only Mixer I have meant that restricting people to use their mixer in my region.

okay, thanks for the clarification. I just used Tor Network , onion browser to check the site and also the process and steps to mix coins and from my look of things, steps are much easier than to others that I have been trying to use. It is just the receiver's address and the deposit address with captcha and that is all. I really like the steps to use the mixer. Thanks.

Thanks Smiley You are welcome.

Hi, how can one make sure you are not keeping logs or are not working for any government or private organization? Maybe you should think about addressing those issues.

Our safety and the safety of our customers is very important to us since 2019. Coinomize stores order data only as long as it is needed for payments.
It would be stupid to store user data over a long period of time, as this could also incriminate us.

To your question, no one can be sure what data a mixer stores, what the examples in the past show. Everyone says no logs policy but store data anyway.
The use of a mixer is based on trust  Smiley

Right, that's why it's an example Wink  ".......you will receive 500$ depending on BTC price."
Do you think of writing it again to avoid confusion?

" ... you will receive commission amount in $ depending on BTC price." I think it will not cause any confusion and it is not only about confusion. Some referrers can call you as scammer and it is not good at all. My 2 sat contribution for the team, we need clear terms and good examples. Grin

Is the commission in $ or in BTC? From the example, I think it will be sent to user in $, not in BTC.

Yes exactly that was an example only in USD $ and was calculated at a time when the Bitcoin price was still higher.

If you have a Coinomize affiliate account and a user uses your referral link you will get 25% of the Coinomize fees (In BTC). You will see all amounts in your account in Bitcoin amounts (Your current account balance also in USD at the current rate).
The payout is of course also in bitcoin to your bitcoin address specified during registration.

I hope your question is answered, otherwise feel free to write us.

You can't earn anything from the code but from the referral program if someone else uses your link.
Regarding referral  payout limit, we are thinking about it, even if it is not really high at the moment.
The information about Referral program likely is not correct.

Commission for each Referral

You will receive 25% commission from all fees, from each Referral. For example, if your Referral Mix 1 BTC on Coinomize and pay 4% Mixing fee, you will receive 500$, depending on BTC price.
Or your example is not correct. I don't know how the $500 is calculated from in this example.

Mix 1 BTC, 4% mixing fee is 0.04 BTC and 25% commission fee from it is 0.04 x 0.25 = 0.01 BTC. It is the commission fee the user will get, no way to get $500.

Or was the example written when Bitcoin price is $50,000?

Hello @Coinomize reps, I’m interested to know how to get the coinomize code that I can use for my Bitcoin mixing? I’m planning to try the service this upcoming Monday and I’m thinking if this Coinomize code will give a discount or whatever benefits when I mix?

I already sign up on the referral program but there’s no code available so it means that it’s not related on referral? How can we possibly earn this code? BTW is there a chance to lower the minimum withdraw amount for the referral commission? I’m considering to invite my friends to use the service since we only offer 1.5% fees in contrary to what they are using right now.

Hello, you will receive the Coinomize code during your first mix process and it will be displayed on the deposit page.
The code is used to ensure that you will not get your previous coins back for any other upcoming transactions. This leads to a higher anonymity.

You can't earn anything from the code but from the referral program if someone else uses your link.

You are welcome to try Coinomize Smiley

The slogan of Coinomize is Low fees that is attractive but Bitcoin blockchain and its mempools can be changed a lot by demand from users and its capacity to handle transactions will depend on miners too. If miners plug in more ASICs, total hashrate will increase and increase the network capacity. If miners unplug their ASICs, the capacity will decrease consequently in a same network difficulty period (14 days).

With recent spams from Ordinals, BRC20 tokens, what is the view of Coinomize and what will be your plan for Fees on Coinomize?

I appreciate the team inputs for this issue on fee.

We have had issues with fees since 2 days ago as blockchain fees have increased extremely and some users had to wait 1-2 days for 1 blockchain confirmation, however all withdrawals are already confirmed and we have already increased our blockchain fees. Currently we are paying the increased fees, not the customer. We'll wait and see how long it stays like this.

Why Coinomize does not direct users from clearnet to Onion without that message and requirement to copy and paste that link manually?

Thanks for the info, it had other reasons that we did it this way but we will change it the days.

Yes, that's right, in case of MITM attack.
That's literally what Cloudflare does (or at least can do). See theymos' view on Cloudflare.

Even if we now assume Cloudflare saves every single user's IP, doesn't every user of a mixer not use an anonymization service in one way or another?
A MITM (Man In The Middle) can save much more than just IP-addresses. They could for instance link all incoming and outgoing Bitcoin addresses together.
