It looks like Cryptsy moved Bitbeans to Bittrex between end of February & March, and now in August, court-appointed receiver James Sallah has consolidated remaining Bitbeans from Cryptsy to that address you reference.

The addresses associated here were Cryptsy addresses, they are now all 0 (Previouse to August 4th., there was just under 8Million left in these addresses:

Looks like James Sallah is the one who has ownership of the remaining Bitbean that were on Cryptsy (Those left that weren't sent to Bittrex at the end of Feb. and early March.)
