Appears not there seems to be some bug in the code from what ive seen that is preventing the btc1 software from getting to the forked block so all BTC1 nodes have just stalled and unable to fork

Maybe..but with little traction, most people realize that it's manipulated crap + at 1k coin price too rich for most to buy enough to make it worth it.
