How are you planning to promote the liquidity of your token and by what means will the growth of it be provided, or don't you bother about this?
Liquidity is already solved as bitJob has partnered up with Bancor. In addition, STU coin will be listed on Coss. The team is in discussion with Binance and Bittrex but we can't comment anything specific yet.

I am sure this project will get a lot of funds, and now it is clear 6 more days the fund has near the hard cap target that they expect , so I think this ico project is just waiting for the set time to end.

If the buyers of STU are regular members of the crypto community and not customers, what is their incentive to buy, if they wont be using the tokens?

yes correct. i think we should not trust sites unless it is verified from the team. it is risky because it might just be a phishing site. just be careful, this is my first time to see that link too.

BitJob is a promising project with a great potential for growth and usefulness. With the recent valuation event held on Wings platform , a lot of participants are fully aware of its features and forecasted a respectable ICO valuation.

BitJob project with great potential. There was not even a thought that BitJob would collect less than 2250 ETH. I hope that the goal of 35,000 ETH will be achieved.
I have the same hope just like you, but I am afraid it is not possible since the ICO progress is really slow, the percentage is less than 30% and there are only 10 days left.
See sometimes project will not reach their minimum goal but it doesn't indicate that it is a failed project. Bitjob is completely different technology where it is implemented in a technology where students can easily find the job through Job portals. I think now it is not reflecting people mind but in coming it will give good dimensions to students.
