Same problem here, today after reading this post, I've change from basic to enhanced, the say
"Your application for an enhanced account has been approved
Your documents have been verified."
But few hours ago was disabled. Fuck that shit and that silence about that

I did the enhanced thing much as I didn't want to send a passport picture. I'm able to withdraw 0.025 btc per day, applies to all crypto, BTC or no.

Anyway, I noticed on the settings page in the recent transactions that it said: JUMIO_SUCCESS so I googled it and Jumio is apparently an Austrian ID verification company. Has this been mentioned here yet?

this is plain stealing, you would en up paying huge amounts in fees

I'm filling out all the required fields it's asking of me and when i hit Submit nothing happens... Just resets the fields.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I'm getting really worried now as I have some coins currently in there.

Are there any people who did not trade actively and still got banned?

I suspect that they banned accounts that were suspected of price manipulations or part of manipulating syndicate groups, or people with multiple accounts. Cointelegraph says that more than 3000 accounts from Iran have been suspended. But do you believe that Iran may have 3000 trading accounts on Bittrex? ...

I don't see why Bittrex or any other exchange would be concerned with price manipulation. The more volatility - the more profit for them.
Also, you don't need multiple accounts to manipulate market. You can do the same with one account that you can do with 3000.

The suspended Iranian users as they were afraid of legal consequences of providing financial-like services to restricted countries.

You guys are kidding yourself if you think Trex would care about manipulations. A. it brings in fees ad B. they have been doing it for years themselves, They would release a coin, oddly it would open on Trex then Pump and dump a few times, less of a need now they get the volume but they have always been shady in the way they work.

I think in today's crypto there is not more than 100000 real people actively trading altcoins in all world, including China, South Korea, Japan and other hype countries. I believe these 3000 accounts were just fake accounts used for price manipulation by whales.

I don't agree. I am Australian and a legit active trader, nothing dodgy about my account. And still, it has been disabled for 4 days now.

Are you trading manually or through API?

If you are trading actively through API and participating in pumps (i.e. have a bot that waits until a particular altcoin explodes with a huge volume, immediately buy and then sell higher), then they cannot determine whether you are a legit sole trader or a price manipulator.

No, I don't use a bot at all. I genuinely trade using the charts and manually do everything.

WTF is going on with Bittrex?

They forced me to upgrade to basic in order to be able to withdraw, but when entered all the info, I got 'no public record match' (whatever that means), so they're asking for a selfie with id.

There's no way I'm sending my id to such dodgy company, so asked them to either upgrade me to basic, or close my account and return my funds.

I think I'm done with centralised exchanges...

Let us know if that is an option, Im thinking about sending a message that I own 3 disabled accounts and if I can verify them all 3 with my documents...

Actually, despite the message: "Unverified accounts cannot withdraw from Bittrex. Please see this link for more information." I went ahead and managed to withdraw all my funds (small amounts).

The email I sent them didn't land anyway, I got the "SUPPORT TICKET ENTRY INVALID" reply saying:
In an effort to assist you as quickly as possible we are now only accepting tickets submitted via our "Submit a request" form.

Anyhow, I'm done with Bittrex.

Good luck to everyone having issues

It has nothing to do with account country of origin, I have 3 dutch accounts, all 3 disabled now...

They can't be serious if they want to remain active, so my guess is an hack (exit scam).

Hope not, lots of funds as we speak on bittrex...

I withdrew all of my funds from Bittrex today. Will trade on Binance mostly now, maybe sometimes Etherdelta as well. COSS also seems fine. It's about high time for Kyber, OmegaOne and similar projects to succeed. We need decentralised exchanges and not those who do anything the government tells them and screw over people randomly.

Why that  Huh

"Your Account Cannot Be Automatically Enabled At This Time"

I only hold a small amount there << 1000 $ and I'm located in the EU.

What is going on there ? The next Mt Gox Huh
According to the Bittrex terms, For accounts valued at over $1k they require additional info as proof of identity. Bittrex is upping their security this is good for the most of people. Just follow the instructions and you'll be fine.

Not yet. My account got disabled 4 days ago. Then asked me to do enhanced verification...which I did. Then after 3 days they responded today and said I had to do it...like a robot response because it said the same thing from 3 days ago. Still nothing...I can't withdraw btc, sell altcoins or even send them to another exchange. I am guttered  Angry
